CSA Transportation Edmonton

A 1 week shipment took 3 weeks (and still waiting for it to arrive). We've done this delivery many times before without issue. We won't be using CSA again.

I don't know this company get this good ratings. they are not professional

use these guys all the time. great prices and great service. The comment from someone else about Arkann trucking- they are a transfer spot for CSA's LTL deliveries, not a retail shop...but they too offer the convenience of picking up there if you can't wait for the truck freight. They are really friendly and helpful there too. It is, as noted a truck depot, not a spa.

CSA takes the hassles out of our company's freight requirements. Gary has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Quick responses and very polite. I have had several deliveries now with the company. All very responsibly priced and overall execution from time of pick up to delivery , is immaculate. Will absolutely being using CSA for all of our future freight requirements. WELL DONE!!

We have been using Mike Rabel for a number of years now, and his service and communication is exceptional. Moving freight is probably one the biggest challenges we have with our group, and Mike has been so consistent in providing reliable service. Highly recommend this group and even more so Mike Rabel.

We ship often with CSA. Strangely always overtime charges with Amazon appointments. NOT GOOD for trade show delivery. Very negative experience at MTCC Toronto. Should be a no brainer delivery: Trucking into the exhibition hall with our trade show pallet and dropping it in the exhibition hall at our booth. Not with CSA, the driver wanted somebody to unload for him and sign. Are you kidding me. We did hundreds of trade show and this never happened before. You pay for tradeshow delivery and the driver goes in and drops pallet at booth. This specific CSA driver`s truck had tailgate but he preferred not to unload it himself and drive away again!!! Why.Part 2: After 20 emails and 10 phone calls CSA `gracefully`` decided to deliver again so we could to our trade show. Nightmare!Financally very absurd: They charged $250 for the transport which is normal and an extra $150 for trade show delivery (which they did not facilitate the first time)! After the 20 emails and 10 phone calls they returned gracefully to the MTCC, drove into the hall and unloaded the pallet. But they charged us an extra $125 for the return and a tailgate delivery. Very negative experience.I am still wondering why they charged us the first $150.

We've had a couple shipments that they've handled poorly and was quite disappointing. We had to make multiple attempts to arrange for a pick up, they would confirm a pick up date and not show up (3 days!!). On our next shipment, we asked for a delivery appointment, we even called earlier that day to confirm their arrival time, but they still did not show up. When we asked, they lied and told us that someone at our office rejected them, and later we called and they said their yard cannot accommodate their 53 footer. Unprofessional and poor management yet they refused to admit they did anything wrong. Their prices might be lower, but you get what you pay for. Never using them again!

Not a very nice location. I know it's a truck yard but there was nowhere to park my vehicle. The name on the building says arkham and not CSA. Difficult address to find with no numbers or name on the fence. I'm hoping they can make adjustments in the future.

Relax Saunas Canada has been working CSA Transportation for a number of years. They are very professional and go above an beyond. A special shout out to Carlos. He is the best.

I recently had a disappointing experience with CSA Transportation Edmonton. The service I received was below my expectations and left a negative impact. The staff were unprofessional and lacked knowledge in their field, which resulted in a number of errors and mistakes during my interaction with them. Additionally, the service was slow and I felt like my time was not valued. I was left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the entire experience. I would not recommend this service to others and will not be using it again in the future.
