Wouldn’t recommend made an appointment as I have a time sensitive matter. Explained in email I have someone travelling from Mexico to Canada I need a notarized letter for travel. They said no problem come in. I explained to the gentleman it was for a eta visa he basically began arguing he can’t do that or gaurantee it would be approved. That he would be sending me into a black hole. I am new to the process which is why I booked in. Was a frustrating experience will book elsewhere for future.
