I came to this dealership having never purchased a car before, and I'll admit, I was naive. I was sold a car with a lien on it with very high biweekly payments. I am now stuck paying for a car that was out of my price range. I didn't know what car I'd be getting or how much it would cost before I arrived there and I live far away. The car itself was great but overpriced for what it is. I have the longest term, 7 years, and a very high interest rate. Now I cannot sell the car and I didn't even know it was possible to buy a car and be unable to sell it after. Be really careful, this situation has made my life very difficult. I have tried to talk to them to sell it back and was only offered more expensive options by their dealer. I tried contacting them but they don't seem to care to help. Given my situation, this vehicle was definitely out of my price range but they seemed to not consider that at all. I know they're a business but still. I do not agree with what they did - I believe it was unethical.

I've purchased 2 cars from Mahi. My most recent purchase experience was excellent. He was exceptional and gave me a really good deal on a new Prius! Mahi was professional, informative, and efficient during the entire process. He was also very efficient and consistent in communicating and responding to my additional requests, even after the deals were finalized. I appreciated that he didn't just sell the cars and disappear, he went above and beyond to provide great customer service. I also appreciated that he made himself available on his only day off to accommodate my schedule. I would definitely recommend Mahi!

I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and just recently traded up my first suv that I’d bought in 2021. Manny came in on his day off to do up all the paperwork and Jan went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They were both super respectful to my family; allowing my son go look and sit in some very high end cars he drives in his video games so he was on cloud nine. I would have no problems recommending this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

What an experience. I reached out last week to inquire on this E63s. I explained my situation to them and that they needed to work this deal in a certain matter. They did just that. They worked everything out for me. I had zero hassles, zero hidden bs. Everything was upfront. 2 days after the deal was sealed, the vehicle was in my driveway delivered with Shiv from the management team. Shiv flew out, came down to personally deliver this vehicle, we became good friends, hung out for a bit and had some good laughs. I was provided with 2 sets of tires, Shiv landed and bought me a 3rd set as well. Gave me his own plate to use until I got my registration sorted and stayed the night to ensure I am sorted before he takes off. Thank you to everyone at TMT auto & a HUGE thank you to Shiv who now became a good friend of mine and made this the best buying experience ever. As someone who also works in car sales, I can appreciate being treated so well and having above and beyond service. Thank you boys. You all deserve a 5 star. They have a good service and one of the best car dealership that I have ever been to and big shout out to Ethan Bacungan who helped me process everything for my first car. Also shout out to Gurdit Singh who delivered my car to my house and process everything to my insurance and etc.

My experience at TMT Auto was amazing. Jan who is one of the car sales man over there, was very patient with me when I was making a decision on what dodge charger I wanted to get, he provided great customer service all around, and always kept me posted on all of the cars that I was interested in. I definitely recommend going to him. Jan was a very key part when I decided to get my first Car.

I traded in a Toyota about 7 months ago and upgraded to a 2021 Dodge Charger. The experience with Mahi was excellent and I got out of the Toyota into a car I really enjoy. Excellent after sale service aswell. I look forward to working with this dealership again and recommend people check this place out.

TMT Auto provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We traded in our truck for a car under the conditions the front bumper got re-painted as it was chipping. Upon purchasing the vehicle, staff were beyond pleasant and helpful but once they took our money; it was amazing how quick calls were going unanswered and not returned. We finally got ahold of a manager after our sales rep Ethan stopped returning our calls. Ethan told us to take the car to Toyota where they would fix the bumper. After talking to the Toyota service department, we were informed the car had been in an accident that TMT did not disclose. Toyota couldn’t help us and sent us back to TMT. The manager at TMT took the car in and provided us with a rental. We were told we would have the car back in a couple days. Each morning after dropping the car off to the dealership, we noticed it was still parked where we dropped it off. It did not leave for a week to go to the paint shop. They lied and said the appointment was made, but yet it still sat on their lot for a week not moving. We called the paint shop and confirmed there never was an appointment made for when we were told. When it finally got returned to us, we brought it home from the dealership and parked it out front. An hour of sitting in the sun and the paint already started to chip and peel off again. We called back to complain, brought the car back to TMT; this time having a chat with the owner. He assured us he would send the car to a better paint shop where we wouldn’t have the same problem happen again. This took another 2 weeks. When we went to pick up the car, we were promised the wheels would get re-finished as an apology on their end for all the previous errors. Months went by, an nobody ever followed up to book us an appointment. We ended up selling the car. We will NEVER use this dealership again and we suggest you don’t unless you want headaches. 1 star is being generous.
