The phone case I bought from them broke from me just taking my phone out of the case for the 1st timeVery cheap quality

I paid $90 to repair my phone and they said the part would be in the next week. It’s now two months later and when I asked for a refund they told me to come back the next day. Every time I tried calling the lady barley spoke English and told me she’d call back but never did

No offense to the shop but one employee there (seemed to be an indian person and has black glasses on) a couple of days ago tried to make me pay more than what a product's orginal price. I went to this place last week and met a female employee who told me a certain product was $15. And I told her it was little out of my budget and she said she can do $10 for it. I said I'll go to other places and come back if I decide to buy it. Later I came back to the place and I saw a man in the shop instead of her. I asked him how much the same product costed and he said it was $20. I told him what happened earlier and he sold it to me for $10. I can't believe this nice looking guy tried to sell me something more expensive than what it normally costs. Very offended and felt betrayed. You don't play with your customers like that. You must have been the order of the shop since you tried to do that, but sorry, I caught you and you lost more than one customer. People like you don't deserve to sell anything to anyone. All you care is money. I wish your business goes bankrupt.

Bought a screen protector for Samsung Galaxy S10+, and was installed by the employee. A week later it fell off and I came back and spoke with the same employee. I didn't have the original receipt but he recognized me and replaced at no charge. I appreciate he owned up to it and worked with integrity. I will come back again!

I was deeply grieved by my disheartening experience with mobilinq. I expressly stated my desire to have the repair job done in a timely manner on my Samsung S22. Instead, I was let down by the lack of service that I received. The original quote was under one hundred dollars and ended up being well over 200 as well as a several week wait while they sent my phone to their 'lab'. (They told me they could fix it in about 20 minutes.) They were impossible to contact. And we're not interested at all in helping me. Avoid at all costs.

Worst service ever by one of your employee ajay at mobilinq store in Fairview mall.... i bought a screen protector from this store... he cheated me by saying you have 1 year warranty but I started experiencing some bubbles in my screen so I went there to replace the cover but one of lady there said no We cannot replace this cover.. don't cheat customers for god sake

I bought 10plus lifeproof case in this location. I later realize that I overpaid for that case they charge me $100. They were asking for 110 at first..when I looked into different stores they cost not more than $75..I don't know if I can return it..what a BS.

Got a screen replacement for a ipad and after pick up the ipad was way less responsive including when typing like not contacting keys and clicking other keys.
