I never would have guessed that my mortgage broker would be the best part of the home buying process but Dave absolutely was. Dave came strongly recommended by both my sister and brother who also had wonderful experiences working with him. Dave is calm and approachable - this was particularly helpful for me as a first time home buyer who sometimes felt overwhelmed by the process. I required a new mortgage when my mortgage term was coming to an end. There were some challenging aspects to the situation, and Dave put in a lot of work and found a good mortgage option for me. Dave is knowledgeable, honest, patient and responsive. He and Melanie kept me apprised of what was going on throughout the process.

I cannot recommend David enough, also Melanie. Experience, responsiveness, knowledge were spot on, found me a good mortgage, didn't charge me extra as so many quoted on top of the lenders kick back, made all the mortgage navigation really easy and stress free. This is the second time I've gone to David and next mortgage I will be back again.
