Great experience! They were fully ready for me when I arrived, Irena was quick yet thorough and lovely to chat with during the appointment. They gave me a free sample and everything with the payment was automated and therefore super easy! I love the perks of being a member.

Unfortunately, i will no longer be coming here even though this was a great location for me. I have given this location several tries and used to come here consistently until their fuzzologist kept leaving so i resulted to a random person in search of my go to again. Last month, my experience was subpar with the person NOT applying any oil post wax. This month, upon inspection when i got home, my wax was uneven! How can you give your client an uneven Brazilian? I am so angry as at the time i didn’t know and even tipped them 20% thinking it was good service. I will not be coming here again. If anyone else has recommendations of other waxbars in the area let me know!

From the service to the energy in this place, I must say I am really impressed with how this location is run. The women at the front desk Dee and Deonte are so sweet, funny and seem to be really accommodating with clients' schedules. Irena the wax specialist is efficient but most importantly, warm and really inviting. Overall, a welcoming space that makes you comfortable. Thank you!

Don’t come here unless you want unnecessary comments about how hairy you are…The lady who did my Brazilian wax humiliated me by consistently pointing out the hair throughout my body and how sad it must go be.My hair was trimmed to the recommended length as well as exfoliated.Seems she’s working a miserable job and putting it onto others. Such a shame these middle school girls grow up to be entitled aestheticians.

I have never tried any type of waxing service, but my girlfriend is more experienced, and has visited a Fuzz Wax Bar location previously. So since I was in the area, I decided to check out the Bloor St. W location. The waiting area / lobby is cute, well-designed, and was very clean.I want to thank Nardos at the front desk, as she was very polite and informative. She allowed me to understand each of the services, as I was unfamiliar, and even gave a personal recommendation. While I had never previously considered any type of waxing service, it now seemed approachable and inviting.I can't speak on the services themselves yet, but the friendly and positive atmosphere of the staff encourages me to come back; and while I may never go through with it, every business should have the level of customer service that dedicates you to a location, even on a one-time visit.

I’m forced to document their poor service, lack of sympathy and 0 commitment to help their clients. I’ve been a fuzzwaxbar member for years and today I’ve chosen to cancel my membership due to this location. I’ve had a hectic day, have been running errands nonstop and I got the last appointment on this location, as the queen west location decided to transfer me here. On my way to this location, I get a call from Nadia saying that they couldn’t accommodate my 10 min delay. I asked several times if they could please wait for me as I’m leaving on a flight tomorrow very early, yet she completely denied the request, alluding to the fact that is almost 9 pm and they need to close (they need 20 mins to do my service). As a customer and as a long time member, I felt disappointed. If you’re looking for a flexible shop, able to accommodate your needs and keep you satisfied, this is no longer the place. Quiet disappointing as I was a happy client for a long time but i won’t continue coming here again.
