Great dealing with The Heating Guys from the sales through to installation. Travis was very thorough in his analysis of what was required to fix our issue. Sabine was great at contacting us promptly to book in the work. They provided us with all the necessary information in order to make the right decision.

I woke up to a very cold house one day in March. I called a couple of places before reaching The Heating Guys. Their next available opening was for the following day, so I prepared accordingly. Within a couple of hours, I received a call that they now could come that afternoon. Travis was here within the hour and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He also noticed a couple of problems which I had not identified and fixed those as well. Super friendly, professional and obviously knowledgeable. They are now on speed dial if I need help in the future. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is the only company that we have dealt with, and the only one that we will. Travis is always there for us ,when we have problems, with our fireplace. He is always on time and is always prompt on getting the problem fixed. They are the best company going, and the most trusted in there field. Don't look anywhere else, but The Heating Guys.

They are Amazing! Great customer service! We had them install our furnace and air conditioning unit this summer and they were stellar, really easy to deal with, quick service and honestly the nicest people to deal with. 5 stars all the way.

Travis' s knowledge and customer service is second to none. He installed a new furnace for us which he resourced the best deal. We would give Travis 9 stars if we could. His on call service and installation was professionally done. We would highly recommend this team to everyone that needs help with heating.

Not helpful. It seems as though the previous owners of our home were flagged, and now we cant even get them to come out and look. They just refer to previous reports and we were deemed not worth their time. As per the following:...in checking our records I noticed that we have advised in the past that because the furnace is in need of replacement and that has been the advice from past visits

Within 1.5 hours of placing my call, i had my furnace inspected and the issue solved. I was also given lots of great information on the nature of the problem and future upkeep. Thank you Sabine and Travis for your friendly, prompt and excellent service. Highly recommended.

We received such wonderful customer service, they were at the house and had the parts to repair the furnace motor within a couple of hours and the price was incredible. We would highly recommend The Heating Guys to anyone looking for great service in the Owen Sound area!
