Burton Toronto Flagship Store

I had a really satisfying experience at the Burton flagship store on Ossington. Nick and the team were knowledgeable, super helpful and friendly in helping me sort out new bindings for a rather dated board. I can't wait to bring my daughter in when it's time for her first snowboard.

I am newish to snowboarding and tired of renting so I went here to get my own setup. Nicholas was super helpful getting me setup with all the gear I needed for my skill level and riding style. Definitely stop in here if you are new so you can try things on and get professional opinions before you buy. Browsing online was very daunting for me with all the options but talking to Nicholas in the store made it a breeze. Thanks again!

Came into the Burton Flagship Store this evening and all I can say is 5 stars. I had ordered a jacket online and wanted to exchange it for a different size. Amazing service, thanks Nick. Will be visiting again tomorrow!This store is awesome.

Got got my new gear for this season! Burton has always been the best! The staff is chill and eager to help. Feels like they are bringing everyone into this snowboarding family. Special thanks to Alex who patiently answered all my questions. They got all you need!

Thank you to Alex, Nick and the entire team at Burton Toronto! They have been wonderful in helping me find the things I'm looking for for the upcoming snowboard season. Hubby’s binding baseplate broke on the slope. Called warranty guide on Jan 3rd, was told the flagship store or rental should have the parts we were looking for. We had hope it would be fixed right away, because the warranty guide was pretty confident about it. The binding actually is an older model. We were told the new baseplate would be shipped asap.The same day I called the downtown Toronto flagship store before going. No one answered the phone, kept calling. Eventually the store mgr Alex answered the phone, told me they don’t have size M baseplate. But she was pretty confident of able to find alternative. Off we went, with our boys. The seconds we walked into the store, Tim (the tech) looked at the binding then instantly said “won’t work”. Alex then promised to get the tracking # (of the baseplate shipment) and confirmed the status of the baseplate is “shipped”. She was confident about the warranty parts being shipped pretty quickly. We left disappointed, frustrated and it was absolutely no fun to be stuck on DVP on rainy day during peak hours.Jan 4th, one business day gone complete silent, no update from Alex.Jan 5th, I emailed Alex and asked for update. Her reply: “For the tracking, I would reach back out to the guides as they are the one's who have access to it and they'll probably answer you faster than me!”. Honestly, I’ve never heard customer can beat store mgr when comes to gather info. Called warranty again and they told me this time of years, shipping actually takes 7-10 business days.Bottom line: The lifetime warranty applies to baseplate made from 2005, so it’s not something new. But, we wasted a lot of time calling people, an utterly unnecessary trip to the flagship store and endless waiting. I’m not recommending this brand/ store from now on.

Burton products are pricey but they are damn good quality. And the customer service at the store is excellent. Tim at the store was fantastic in advising me on a board, bindings and shoes. I am glad I listened to him on the shoe sizing because it turned out perfect. I went in a 2nd time because I installed the bindings myself, and they helped me check it and fix it. Great experience only make the product work it.

My boyfriend and I came in looking to purchase some new Burton gear. We’ve been snowboarding for years but this was our first time in the Toronto store. One of the staff here, CJ, took his time in helping us find the right fits and sizes that would be perfect for us not only now but going forward! We never felt rushed and felt like his expertise and suggestions were exactly what we needed to be comfortable spending the money on such high quality gear. I want to commend the staff on their incredible customer service! We will certainly be back should we need anything else in the future and will be recommending the Toronto store to all of our friends and family!

Came here on a Friday hoping to sort out some pricing discrepancies on a pair of goggles we bought in Boulder, CO! The staff were SOOOOO friendly and accommodating and did EVERYTHING they could to help us out. In the end, we were very happy customers :)While that was being all sorted out, we asked them questions about products and they all had very knowledgeable answers!! Thanks Burton!!

Finally got to visit this store - and it didn’t disappoint. Super helpful staff helped us heat mold our new boots while we checked out the sweet gear. Special thanks to the great staff for being so cool with our son - the Burton stickers you gave us are good up everywhere. Keep up the great work. Ride on Jake!
