Slowest Tims in Gta ever. Staff doesn’t care about orders. Its best place to kill 25-30 minutes of your day. And staff doesn’t even owe for their mistake. If three people have same order they will not serve in an order.Pathetic and zero star..

If I could give this location a 0 I would went through drive thur and waited 13 minutes, once after getting to the window was spoken to in a disrespectful manner one employee tried apologizing for the other then, I asked for the employee name stated that she won’t give her name because she don’t have too she will give her manager her name (don’t make sense) then manager came to the window and hurried me along and then spoke a disrespectful word in her language. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour on Tim Hortons employees and managers.

Today (july 11, 2023)I ordered icecapp blended with whipped cream.And their supervisor (Kuljit Singh) reacts like i ordered something out of this world.Start arguing and shouting that I'll not blend it and I'll not let it happened in my shift as well.Whoever is reviewing these reviews must teach some adicates to that guy and teach him how to behave.

Worst experience with staff member named Gurleen. Needs training to deal with customers and be patient. The employee stated she cannot wait for order. Didn’t give time to think what we had to get. Shut the window in our face with aggression while we were talking. So we ended up leaving the order there and drove away. Really bad experience

Avoid this TIM!!Staff need training first then send them to window, they even don't know what is included in an order. Also when i told them for something that they forgot to put in my order they were being rude to me. I wanna advise the Manager Just Teach Your Staff How To Talk To The Customer""

- window time - too slow - they take too much time at the drive-thru- making us wait for them to finish the order before they tell us we can drive thru- they have very poor service- sometime they mess up our order - put a butter knife in my order, not once but twiceI am a regular customer at this tim hortons, and everyday their service is getting worse. Especially their drive-thru service.
