Best staff and great customer service, most recommended place to buy refurbished laptops

Not a great experience from the start. Horrible communication and customer service. I purchased a laptop with some specifications and waited some time for it with many unanswered emails. When I finally received it and got it home, I found out it did not have what I wanted. The laptop went back and forth for a few months including a couple months absence to who knows where , after it crashed due to a faulty fan. It's in my possession now. It is not what I asked for and continues to malfunction due to a faulty fan situation. I have now given up and taken it as a Loss. Would not recommend this place at all.

Have purchased both a refurbished laptop and desktop from Ron over the past twelve months. Excellent prices and knowledgeable personal service. Buying refurbished business grade systems offers advantages over the consumer grade stuff at the big box stores. Highly recommend this retailer.

I went in about 3 months ago to buy a used PC for my mother. The owner would not show me the unit running at time of purchase. I questioned him this and he said, Don't worry

A no nonsense business. I called before my visit and he had everything ready for me to look at. I was probably there a half hour at the most. I love my laptop.There's a nice dog there too :)

Well, I bought a laptop from Computer Remarketing when they were located on the Bedford Highway. I DON'T RECOMMEND. Customer service and people skills were simply non-existent. I found the owner condescending and confrontational. Not to mention laptop died less than a year after I bought it.

Very knowledgable, gave us some good tips with our existing laptop while we purchased a new to us laptop. He listened to what we were looking for and then gave us two recommendations, both within a reasonable price range. We went with the more expensive of the two options, but he didn't push us on it. Will return for more computer needs.

Great and friendly service. He was very helpful and listened to what I needed without pushing the most expensive options. I am very happy with my new-to-me laptop.
