I love petsmart but this location was embarrassing to the company name, to say the least. The fact that these tanks look like they have never been cleaned since the store was built is a shame. Over half of the tanks, you literally could not see the fish. There were so many dead fish in each tank I almost didn't buy them. The district manager really needs to get in there and teach and train their staff to take pride in their store. Hopefully something changes. The lady helping me was amazing, not her fault the tanks were like this im sure but how awful for those fish and the company name.

Beautiful atmosphere, lovely service with a ton of coffee options hot or cold and fresh baked food. Very aesthetic and a great spot for a relaxing visit or a large business meeting. Definitely a new favorite. I've seen this place so much in passing and I wish I had stopped sooner!

The shorter old woman with dark hair at the register was rude, unhelpful and bitter. For such short interaction she sure has awfully bad attitude. Is it worth it to hire hateful employees?

Shout out to Jasmine and Holly! Much appreciated to their work on my girl Yoyo for past 3 years. My dog has anxiety issues, but always amazing experience grooming with them. Unfortunately I have moved now, and I want to express my gratitude to them for their hard work. Good work!

Cheers to the lady who helped me with calming spray, treats and training for my dog who recently travelled all the way from India. She told me that the calming spray would do wonders and I bought it trusting her and guess what I was out for my job 9-5 pm and she was all good by her own self. She was peacefully sleeping. I didn’t hear her bark when I left home. Thank you so much❤️

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO GET GROOMED AT THIS LOCATION. Took my little chihuahua here twice and left upset both times. The first time I took him to get his nails done here he came back with rope burn on his belly. Decided to give this location a second chance since accidents happen, but I wish I wouldn't have. The second time I took him for a full spa treatment with a nail grind, the lady made one of his back nails bleed and said she couldn't really do the front ones because he didn't trust her anymore. Now my dog is traumatized by the nail grinder so I have trouble taking him in to get his nails done. Not to mention he came home with his front nails still too long. After paying 70 dollars for that, I took him into a different location to finish getting his front nails done and still had to pay. Not impressed and won't be bringing him back to this location.
