Canada Post

Why is it so hard to organize and ship packages? Is it not computerized? Get with the program guys, where is my package.. lost in the abyss?

Parcel hasn't moved from Dieppe..says its in transit but that's been 1 month now..where is my parcel..

Very friendly staff at the Canada post. I had a few packages to ship out domestically, and they made the process efficient and easy by offering advice and guidance on the best ways to ship!I appreciate that there is never a wait at this Canada post, it makes for a quick drop in for me whenever I have post office needs! Unfortunately I’ve now had multiple packages re-routed and forwarded to an address that is not mine. I haven’t been able to get in contact with them as the phone number is not available publicly.

Having a business, I rely on Canada Post for much of the shipping within Canada. Our CP at Jean Coutu in Dieppe has been great. Friendly and prompt, I can honestly say I am always pleased with their service.

Theives, Where is my parcel Dieppe? It should have arrived the next morning 39 days ago. My replacement order is now missing from Dieppe for 2 days. YOU HAVE THEIVES IN DIEPPE SORTING FACILITY. No delivery dates or signature required anymore for xpresspost?Dont try to tell me it's lost CP, you have to be the worst postal service in the entire world, and yes I am including 3rd world countries, I bet they dont hire THEIVES. I got my other stuff from Dieppe next morning like normal, they are only taking the valuables and probably making a lot more than CP is paying them. CP cannot help the receiver, only the sender. So the sender reported it was stolen and they still aren't doing anything. They need to investigate immediately, packages are getting stolen here just like during the CP strike. Only other time I had one stolen was during the strike.
