Omniair ventilation

During a heatware our old Heatpump failed to cool. Called a couple of places. Omnair contacted us and we setup and appointment. They quickly determined that the 'reverser valve' was not working (unit would heat but not cool). They offered us a choise, fix or replace, due to cost of repair and the age of the old unit we, opted to replace. The new unit arrived a day later than antipcated (not unexpect due to time of year and the demand for units) and was professionly installed. It did not work. Turns out a valve in the inside coil was blocked - which probably caused the problem with the 'reverser valve'. The interal coil was old and the only option was to replace it. Omniair gave us a good price on the additional part (which again took a day longer than expected to arrive). Once they had the new coil it was promptly installed and we now have AC. At all times during this process Omniair kept us up to date. We knew what was happening and when they were expected. They also followed up to make sure all was working as expected. Will call them again.

After having our Lennox furnace undergo its annual check-up, the Technician who came informed us that the air conditioner drain hose was probably blocked as it was really leaking badly now into the base of the Furnace and it needed immediate attention before the leak would cause serious problems to the system After checking Google Maps & reading various reviews - even the negative ones - I called Christopher at Omni on a Tuesday afternoon about a service call and he showed up the following morning - As Promised - with one of his technicians - Ernesto - to evaluate the problem and advise a solution. Upon viewing the basement floor around the Furnace they immediately informed me that the A/C drain pipe was most probably being blocked by the calcium buildup inside it that occurs due to the Hard Water we have here in Eastern Canada. They advised that it would take about an hour or so to cut the pipes; clean them out completely and then re-install & seal them for the water to properly drain out into the floor drain. They were exactly on with their timing and these corrective measures and now there are no more leaks coming out of the base of the A/C - Furnace. I now have OmniAir in our calendar for an annual start of season service call to ensure the drain pipe & A/C continue to work well! Plus, they nicely mopped up the floor for me after all their work was completed. Thanks again for the timely visit Chris and excellent work by Ernesto & You.

The oil furnace unexpectedly broke down, and I contacted the company to request their services. Unfortunately, they informed me that the furnace was beyond repair. However, the owner of the company offered to install a new heat pump and electric furnace, which would be completed within two days of my initial request. True to their word, the installation was completed within the same week.Now, my heating system functions perfectly. Not only was the price of the new system 50% less than other companies I had researched, but it also operates with high efficiency. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service, fair pricing, and top-quality products.

CAUTION: EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN ENGAGING IN BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH INDIVIDUAL NAMED EARL CHRISTOPHER CAYEN, ALSO KNOWN AS CHRIS, WHO OPERATES OMNI-AIR VENTILATION, A COMPANY BASED IN KIRKLAND.Regrettably, I must advise against conducting any business transactions with Mr. Earl Christopher Cayen due to concerning experiences encountered. In my personal encounter, I entrusted him with a deposit amounting to nearly $3,000.00 for the installation of a heat pump. However, on two scheduled occasions (Apr and May 2023), he failed to fulfill his commitment to commence the agreed-upon work. Throughout this ordeal, he provided an array of explanations, some of which appeared plausible. Unfortunately, despite his initial assurance of refunding the deposit upon my request, he has yet to return the funds. In addition, he has ceased all communication, disregarding my calls and text messages, effectively 'ghosting' me in every aspect.In light of these circumstances, I am compelled to initiate legal proceedings against Mr. Cayen in an effort to recoup the aforementioned monetary loss. Consequently, I strongly caution others to exercise extreme vigilance and abstain from engaging in any business arrangements with him. It is essential to consider the potential risks and avoid any association or dealings with Mr. Earl Christopher Cayen, as they may lead to significant financial repercussions.

I have used omni air ventilation for a couple of years now. I appreciate the effort put into getting my heat pump fixed, I dealt with Chris the owner with 30 yrs of experience. He figured out what my problem was right away and repaired it.As busy as he was... he made the time to service my heat pump, I have dealt with other companies, whereas I had to wait up to 2 weeks for a service man, So thank you Chris for being there when we needed you.

Prompt & friendly service, was reasonably price and came out on a weekend but did not charge for overtime or weekend service rates. I will certainly be recommending them to my friends.
