I had an extremely positive experience at this Carter GM dealership, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new electric vehicle. The salesperson, Zaheed, was incredibly helpful and cooperative throughout the entire process, making the entire experience a breeze. I was especially impressed with the quality of the vehicle I received, the Chevy Bolt EUV 2023. It met all of my needs and exceeded my expectations in terms of performance, reliability, and overall comfort. From the exceptional service to the high-quality vehicle, everything was top-notch.

When I was born, I was brought home from the hospital in a brand new GM vehicle purchased from this dealership. Both my parents have purchased at least six or seven brand new GM vehicles during my childhood. ( In 25 years ) Not to mention, how many they owned, prior to my existence. ( collectively 40 plus years ) Now, so many vehicles and many more wrinkles for my parents later, I want to take this opportunity to thank the product extraodinaire Tony Ho and the service team, for taking care of our vehicles. I now drive a brand new GM vehicle myself as well. I do not look forward to purchasing anything else but GM vehicles forever.Brand loyalty is a result of diligent -good customer care. Also by providing us with incredibly safe & reliable vehicles. I carry the same pride, as people did back in the 50s-70s did, owning a GM vehicle. Today I share memories with Tony, Steve, and the rest of this dealership. Dating back to when I was a infant. I always thought to myself, wouldn't it be cool if I created a collage of the GM vehicles I rode in through the generations. Just bought a 2021 high country diesel. Truck is amazing. They really took care of everything. My delivery experience with my salesman Jamie was so good he actually knew every detail about the truck and features. He was almost excited as me about the truck. He has checked in multiple time with me after sale to make sure I am satisfied.Thanks Carters

My car's a/c blew cold air on one side, but hot air on the other side. I went to Carter GM Lougheed a week ago to have it checked. They replaced a door actuator and recharged the a/c. I was charged $1,104.03, including $664.00 for labour, $220.98 for one actuator, $57.98 for a/c refrigerant, $42.78 for misc & $118.29 for tax. I dropped off the car around 11am and picked it up around 3pm. I think the charge for the actuator is quite above average. I also couldn't figure out the $664.00 for the labour. I called them and left a voice message the following day to ask for a breakdown of the labour charge. I haven't received a response yet. I am just trying to make sense of what I was charged.

I've been working here for 25 plus years, started as a car porter, then tire shop and for over a decade as a technician. I wouldn't hesitate recommending anyone to come here for sales, service, or parts. Howard in sales has always been a good dude, service you can't go wrong with Elton, Steve or Larry. Great group of people here that actually care. Lots of long term employees here so there is stability in that respect. I strive to repair vehicles right the first time every time fairly. Great family run business. Proud member of the team.

Called in for the recall and it was almost pushed off as they said it’s probably too old, so it was a bit of a push to get them to even look into it. Do your research though, if it’s serious like fuel and potentially fire it’s a requirement regardless of the automobiles age. They got the fuel module recall done on my 2005 Cadillac CTS—V in only a few days. I asked to see the old parts, the answer was no. Being a mechanic and building race cars for 30 years, I went into the shop and the very knowledgeable tech/mechanic handed me the old parts.The result was the work had been completed properly with proof! We kept the old parts to show our son who is mechanically inclined. The pictures below are the actual car and the fuel module with a hole burnt through, leaking fuel on a burning connector! Thank you Carter Techs! The techs/mechanics are always under appreciated.

Eldon in Service goes over and beyond. He Truly can diagnose a problem with just an explanation. I have purchased 7 vehicles from Carter Gm and currently with my Escalade and Denali I couldn’t be happier. Tony Ho is very knowledgeable and of course all the staff Jayson and Larry in service.
