I needed to ship my car from calgary to Saskatoon. The calgary office staff is very helpful and cleared all my doubts and delivered my car on time. I am really satisfied with their service .

My imported at JDM connection regrettably used Shergill transport as the transport company to pick my car up from the port in Surrey. I paid for this service on December 18th and was told by my importer I would recieved a call when my car was ready. I called Shergill Saturday the 31st and was told my car was not in the Shergill yard in Surrey and to call the Calgary office. No one answered in Calgary and I left a message. Monday the 2nd I called the Calgary office and was told my car was in the yard in Surrey but they needed to double check and call me back. After waiting half an hour I called them back and was told the car was still at the port. I asked why it had not been picked up as I had paid for the service December 18th. The car had cleared customs on the 16th and was ready to be picked up. I was insulted on the phone and told that if it was so easy why don't I go do it myself... What a joke. Super unhappy with this company and will never do business with them again. I will leave negative reviews everywhere I can.Update:. It turns out they did have my car in the yard and after arranging to pick the car up it was held HOSTAGE and I was told it would be released if I took this review down. Keep in mind I had paid for the service and did not owe Shergill any money. Absolutely unbelievable. I eventually got the car and will not be removing this review. Terry Gill should be ashamed of the way he runs this business and I'm happy to report the importer I was working with will no longer be using Shergill transport to move their cars as this is not the first incident.

Very bad experience with this company! They took our car by mistake, when brought back - it was heavily damaged. Terry - the general manager was keep on promising and delaying - no offers, no resolution. We have even reached Raj the company owner and he did not take it serious. THE CAR was damaged all around leading to almost $9,000 in repairs. Shergill Transport is not taking consideration dealing with the case and we ended up going legal way against them.AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I recently had Shergill Transport move a vehicle for me, this was a personal vehicle. I chose them as their price was cheapest to move my truck. From Prince George to Regina $2000.00. I thought this was fair.The customer service has been top notch, they have taken care of me to date. Aman, in the office is quite friendly.There have been delays with shipping my truck, I understand this is part of the world nowadays, and I do believe they have worked hard to do the best they can do. If this would have been the most expensive service provider, my review may be different. But this transport company has absolutely met my expectations.

I have been in auto industry for over 15 years and have gone through numerous transport companies until I was referred to Shergill.Terrry is not the cheapest guy around but he is the best guy in the industryShergill has been my go to transport company for all of my dealerships because of his service and honesty.Keep up good work and hope other companies can learn from him.

I shipped my car from Calgary to Toronto, they just delivered my car within a week, firstly i booked with somebody else but on the day of pickup they didn’t show up and then i call shergill calgary office they helped me and picked my car on the same day. The staff is very polite and they give me proper updates about my car. I will definitely recommend others to move their cars through them.

Thank you Pawan and Shergill for such wonderful customer service and delivery of my trucks. I bought brand new from Winnipeg and got them transported to Surrey BC.I booked last week and was delivered today, earlier than I expected. They called me on on Saturday and gave me an update and estimated arrival. It felt really nice to get an update before having to call them.I am happy that they value safety and stuck to their word. Although there were other options to choose from, shergill really went above their duties to make sure I was not worried and kept me up to date with delivery.

I called their head office to inquire of the delivery and my vehicle arrived the next day. Literally next day delivery. Upon arrival, my vehicle's battery was dead due to a couple months of being on the ferry. But the driver was prepared with jumper cables. No complaints. Great customer service as well.
