Have been going there for years, had one of their employees tell me I had coolant in my oil. He also mentioned how hard it was to change the cabin filter on my F150. From what I hear from the chatter the staff doesn’t like working on Fords. Long time customer. Turns out the pressure test came back clean on my work truck. Actually disappointed that they would be this careless with their customers. Won’t be going back, which is apparently what they want. Loose lips sink ships as they say. Good luck whom ever owns this!

Great service. Had an oil change. A day later had a plate cover issue and called the branch in Guelph on Eromosa. They said come and we will check. Pulled up. As I am getting out of the car they say welcome back. Explain they have reviewed video of previous service. Apologize for not re installing my cover plate correctly. Explain what happened. Fixed it immediately and replaced the plate. Very very well handled. Great example of service recovery. Thanks for a great experience.

I went to this Jiffy Lube to get an oil change and was helped by Aseem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. It didn’t take long for the oil change to be completed and Aseem answered any questions I had.

Very knowledgeable and polite. Super friendly, courteous and helpful. They recommend and don’t push to upsell. Finally a place that listens to their customers. I highly recommend this place on Eramosa in Guelph and will be using them from now on.

Got an oil change on 8/30/22 and the guy (initials 'JB') lost the seal on the oil drain. He put some black goop on instead which made it almost impossible to remove, and he never bothered to tell me so I only discovered it at my next oil change. Service was super quick but I'd rather they actually do a good job. Won't return.

Always had excellent service here! Been a customer for several years and they've always been quick and courteous.When we recently purchased a new vehicle that didn't have a generic oil filter, they even drove out to the Kia dealership to get one for us. Really appreciated them always going the extra mile!

Seemed quick and convenient to get an oil change and tires swapped... then the upsell started.The tech claimed my transmission fluid was very dirty and had never been changed, insisting that it was very important to flush and should be done. This seemed suspicious and raised flags. I later verified with my reg shop it was charged 15k kms ago.Might be ok for a quick oil change, but beware of the scammy upsells.
