The absolute worst. Started by receiving a call from Laura after her departure from Desjardin. Very pleasant as she wanted my business. Once my policy was due from Desjardin, I sent all the information that she required in order to provide a quote. After many attempts at following up, she finally answered and apologized due to emergency health problems - no problem. She was to get back to me within a week. A couple of months go by again - never heard back. Very un-professional at all levels 1. Reaching out to previous clients from previous employer and slandering them, 2. Never ever calls back.Stay away!

I must admit the level of professionalism from Laura was exceptional. I had only 2 weeks to make loads of changes to my policies and Laura and team did an excellent job. Saved me some money but I felt confident that I was insured correctly from where I was previously. I definitely felt like I was being treated like a human vs some brokerages that make you feel like a number. Laura is very knowledgeable in every facet of insurance. I'm in the service industry and I know a well run facility when I see one.Feel confident when you put your insurance with Broker union in Barrie!!
