We've been using their fuel delivery for last 4 years. They come and deliver before our oil tank ran out dry. Great customer service and the delivery personnels are all friendly and professional. The price they provide is competitive. Highly recommended for fuel delivery!I saw someone mentioned about $1000 deposit. I my case they just pre-authorized $600 to my credit card a few days before the delivery. Once they came for delivery then they charge for the actual amount. Maybe depending on the size of your tank?

Brown's fuel came to do 10 year inspection of our 500 gallon propane tank, Superior wanted $100 and $200 per appliance ((I have seven) Brown's didn't charge for this and did their inspection on short notice, the technician was very courteous and knowledgeable, Brown's are a great company to deal with.Highly recommend

I have been a customer of Browns Fuels for several years as my home heating oil provider. I have been very happy with the level of service we have received. They have been very efficient and reliable. They supply us with oil automatically on a regular basis and we don’ t have to think about or worrying if we are going to run out, they show up on time which gives us peace of mind. We highly recommend this company.

Dealt with them for the first time after moving into my first home and needing oil for the oil furnace, and I have to say the customer service from reception to the sale associates was top notch. Super friendly, very cheerful. An absolute pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Exceptional service. We were being jerked around by another propane company and and canceled with them and suddenly had a furnace but no Propane supplier. They literally saved the day with much better service. Totally impressed.
