I had a poor customer experience today with Simon. I ordered a ref kit on July 15. My Canada post tracking number said the package was delivered on Aug 13. Upon checking my mailbox that day, I realized there was no package. I called Canada post and was informed the address on the tracking slip did not match my address. When I called Macron Ontario, Simon informed me he copies and pastes the address given in the order receipt, but for some reason, the address was wrong. Simon then asked me to go knock on the door of the house down the road because I should not have put “RR#5 in front of my address” although that is my address. He refused to take ownership for the error on their end, then he proceeded to tell me “I don’t have kids, I don’t have a life, if it’s too hard for you to walk down the street and knock on the door then I can drive all the way to NOTL.” I understand mistakes happen, but there was no ownership taken, no apology, and I was involved in an unnecessary, rude conversation. I’m glad to never deal with Macron Ontario again.

Simone was extremely helpful! He even called to confirm my order before starting it. When I reached him via email he was very quick to respond. My order was just sent so I haven’t received it yet but am excited for it’s arrival! Fantastic customer service!!!!

Simone is not a trustworthy guy, I would strongly consider going somewhere else! Do not use them if you are a reseller because they will cut you out and go direct. Simone has poor business ethics!

Sent the wrong merchandise that I ordered and impossible to get any help on how they are going to fix their mistake

Poor customer service they don't even infom you that custom jerseys don't come in certain sizes then send you an email asking if I want to wait for the custom jerseys. You try and explain the problem and I believe the owner Simon can't even understand the problem as he keeps stating the alternate is club approved. These ppl are so cheap they can't fix their mistakes when I ask for the custom jerseys in a larger size so my daughter can match her teammates... Clubs actually support this company?
