OMG. The worst fast food I have ever had. How is this place still in business? The staff are incompetent and simply don't care. Drink warm, and flat. Fries ice cold. Crunchwrap cold missing toppings, stingy on meat, etc. I go back from time to time to see if they have improved, and has only gotten worse. Lol.

Thought I’d try again- wrong idea! Friendly staff probably ordered by owner to make food that is unacceptable. The lack of food you get for that price is redundant!!! So cheap with meat and every topping, Worst Taco Bell anywhere!

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited and will never return! Manager was rude to me and kept interrupting me. I wanted a taco replaced because the chicken was hard and dried out . Flatly refused! Poor quality of product, scant portions and an ignorant manager! If you really want Taco Bell, go elsewhere!

Been trying this location in case it was a one-off. Quality is no longer consistent with other Taco Bells. They have missed items in orders multiple times, especially the extra paid add-ons. We are not ordering for a crowd, it's usually 3 or 4 items.

This location has to be the worst in Hamilton. Im a vegetarian , so when i ho to taco bell I always get bean tacos. I specifically mention “no meat! Beans!”. I always ask them to make sure its beans. This is the second time in a row that Ive said that, yet they still give me beef!! Then when i go back and tell them they’ve made a mistake, they give attitude and claim that they didn’t make a mistake!!And, even if i did eat the beef, they barely put any meat on the taco! Tacos are never warm either!!Horrible experiences at this Taco bell. Will not be going back to this location. Very disappointed.

I use to go this location every Sunday morning but day by day the their service become zero . I have shared pic of chalupa that I bought from here( worst ever in my life spent a 28 $ with paying extra for spicy ranch which I have substituted for sour cream) . I think I have to move my busses from this location to some other place .

Come here with people from my work all the time, service is always fast even when there are over 10 of us. Orders are always right and the food is always good, definitely one of the better taco bells I've been to

Placed online order, took them 5 minutes of me standing there to acknowledge me. Would have been in and out because my food was ready but the staff didn't want to be bothered

They always say thank you and are very polite. I always get napkins and extra sauce. They are always very fast. I’ve been here many times and never had a bad experience.

This is the only location near our home. All my daughter wanted after her hockey game was a Dorito Taco. There is not much more than a tablespoon of meat on this. This location frequently is out of chicken. The staff is never apologetic. This Taco should have been on the house since it was not made properly and everything was cold. Waste of money.
