Great place to buy hair products, friendly staffs

Everytime I interact with anyone from this location, the staff are super friendly and super inviting. The manager that goes back and forth between Sunridge and Marlborough is absolutely amazing. He is a joy to speak with. They also offer a lot of good products, I would recommend coming here!

I have been to the store and each representative was really nice and helpful. I bought two wigs the representative even offered to cut the lace off for me. Thanks you all for what you are doing and continue with the good work.

Went into the store to look at wigs, was completely snubbed by the associate who couldnt be bothered helping me find something flattering. Made me feel very unwelcome, kept walking away while helping me to talk to other people. Will not be buying my wigs there.

I’ve recently come across this company on a recent trip into Calgary and love it here. I’ll definitely be back! Friendly service and lots of choice!

Selis beauty salonSunridge- went to the store and got contact lenses and left the store to try one box wasn’t opened and we seen with my brothers eye colour it wasn’t showing so we wanted to exchange an unopened package for a different colour.- employee became verbally abusive, name calling, getting close to my face when you asked her to move away.She was harassing me.Employee would not let us talk to the manager, let alone to give a copy of the receiptEmployee stated that it was a final sale but no where in the store did it say all sales are final and did not let us know.Employee called security and security agreee she was getting out of hand with her anger and did not calm down.Is this how you treat customers?Where is the customer service and respect ?Why is the employees getting in our face when we are simply trying to ask a question?Why are we banned from the store for simply asking a questionShe wouldn’t let us speak to a managerHow can we take this action into appropriate hands so this doesn’t happen to other customers ?

got a pony tale from them and I had called them to say it was broken, he hung up on me and disrespect me and said how they don’t sell broken things? Well mine is broken and instead of being a good worker he Blamed me also was being very aggressive.
