Honestly, if it wasn’t for Raghab, this review would only have 1 star. After being sent back and forth by their sales representatives over the phone and getting transferred to all types of supervisors who could only say I’ll “have to wait” after they made a mistake with my order, I had enough. But Raghab personally helped me and went above and beyond to ensure that I got the deal I was originally promised. He was helpful, trustworthy, and patient. I highly recommend seeing him at west edmonton mall.

Absolutely exceptional service from Moe (June 4th, 2023 at 1200pm). He went above and beyond to help! Very enthusiastic and kind. One of the best virgin mobile employees I’ve come across. I can already tell that he is the type of employee that will excel and prosper. Five stars, Moe!

Awesome customer service here! I was having technical issues with my phone and technical support on 611 were deflecting my questions. I went to this kiosk and Sam was a breath of fresh air, he was very helpful in assisting me through the process of getting me what I needed without any headaches.

I had a wonderful lady named Dana help me last night with getting a new phone plan. She was very nice, professional and more than willing to help me with anything and everything. I was paying a lot at my old provider so I ended up cancelling and transitioning to Virgin instead. She took her time and we went over everything to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. I never felt rushed at all during the process. Thank you again Dana, you are absolutely amazing!!

As someone who knows absolutely nothing about phones Dana was amazing! She was super informative and went above and beyond for me in purchasing a new phone and helping me figure everything out.
