A good terminal and a lot of bus options. I hope they have a board for the number of buses and stations. Need to walk around to find the bus number and stop. On average, the buses arrive and depart on time or slightly late. There was once during winter the bus broke down and we needed to wait for another bus to come. They should have sent another bus sooner rather than trying to fix the bus, which they did not know how long to fix. We were freezing outside waiting for the bus.

The staffs were nice here. The problem is it us difficult to find the right platform without walking around the entire station. There should be a info board with the list of buses and corresponding platforms.

This station is fantastic. We get the option to bus all the way from the University of Waterloo straight into Square One, which makes these long trips so much easier and more convenient.

Huge shopping mall but the parking space is way too undersized.

Prety good. They change platforms sometimes without notice and don't have a board you can reference. Drivers and customer service people are usually nice as well.

Needs more parking spots, all full after 8:30 am, luckily they are adding 135 more spots but it's taking a long time.

Well if you enjoy shopping I’m sure that you would enjoy shopping here they do advise that they have over 320 different shops lots of fast food restaurants and they do have which was nice to see Jamie Oliver restaurant Italian.They do have 7 car parks and this is a transit port as well.

No map or anything guideline in the whole area. Find the stop you need among 8 stops in winter is not a pleasure experience

Great service from GO. I lost my phone a week ago on one of the GO buses, and called the lost and found. Both the person on the phone and in the station were very helpful!!!! They managed to get the phone back within 2 hours. Thank you so much! And the driver and the bus were the best! : )
