Reflexology and back massage was unbelievable!! James was professional, personal able and absolutely knows what he's doing. Deep tissue massage was fabulous and the foot massage was the best I've had in years. Definitely coming back! Ask for James!!! Atmosphere here is calm and relaxing. All staff are friendly, professional and polite. Love it. Thank you!!

I used to like this place. Nice atmosphere, polite & friendly staff and used to have nice massage experience here. But the last couple of times, they don't keep the same quality of masseuses. The one who massage me today was barely put any pressure, feels like she was afraid to touch even. What's the point of having a massage if you just get soft caress? It doesn't help relieving muscle stiffness, I even get stress from paying such service without result.... and still have to go to another place tomorrow for my stiff muscles.

Honestly I was surprised from beginning to the end. They didn’t ask me a single question except if they can switch the order for both massages session; body <-> foot. I thought they ask me the pressure I prefer, which area of body massage I want them to focus.Worst part is when you have the staff who doesn’t understand any English AT ALL. I got body massage from (I believe) Chinese lady who doesn’t understand English at all. Only she said to me was “very tight”, “finish”, “tea? Water?”.I told her too much pressure and she didn’t change. My body feels so stressed after all. She was really really focusing on massaging my hip area and I started feeling really uncomfortable because of her lack of gentle skills. She through the oil bottle on my legs… I asked her to stop massaging hip area but she keeps saying “I don’t understand English”… what the… really? You are working at massage store you don’t know the word of body parts?! And she start massaging my face, which not listed on the menu? No thank you you just touch my foot with that hands… she kept going. Unbelievably worst experience! Straight to shower at home after.And in the end I was changing and two staffs came in even I said “I’m changing”. I’m so speechless and absolutely no privacy. Learn more manner as massage staff please.There is no relaxing time here, the noise that staffs are chatting at backyard.I think something needs to be fixed if you are opening 4th stores soon.

I went there 3 times in a two day period to get a foot massage. The place had one person and the other time I went two people getting foot massages. They couldn’t accommodate me. Told me to come back a few hours later. No staff! Two girls up front and when i came in they were eating at the till , had to wait until they swallowed their food only to find out they couldn’t accommodate me and the place was almost empty. Went to Bliss a few blocks up and it was amazing! Tons of staff didn’t have to wait and great foot massages there. Wont be back to toe to soul

There is not a single negative thing I could say about this place. I could book a 90 mn full body massage for 2 people only 2 days ahead rather than waiting 2 to 3 weeks which is sometimes the case in a busy lounge. I shared a cozy private room with my husband and we both got very skilled massage therapists who took care of us. The pressure was neither strong or weak, it was perfect and healing. For the same service I sometimes had to pay $180/200 but they are only asking for $ 118 which is the best quality service you could get for this much.I will go back for sure.

Jean is probably Canada’s best therapist. Highly recommend a full body massage with her.

A group of us went for the 1 hour foot message. It was very good. Very good pressure and very relaxing. We all fell asleep. The water was way too hot at first and they fixed it right the way. It was much needed after a bush weekend. The price was also very reasonable and not too expensive.

Massage chairs are super old and uncomfortable. Have metal rods pushing to your face while getting massage. Too pricy for the old equipment they have.

Foot massage in this place is recommended if you don't have access to Broadway branch.I visited late-night but still some outside noise can be heard.The staff at this location are welcoming and always happy, creating a pleasant atmosphereComparatively, I had an even better experience at their Broadway branch..
