Amazing! The facility feels brand new. All the storage containers are in great condition, the entire space is temperature controlled, there is key card access to get into each section of the facility aswell as switch floors. They also have a drive through unloading system which was amazing to unload with.

A very clean and safe place for having extra storage. And very centric in the city. They have multiple carts and elevators, you have access at any time, and as a new customer, you get one free truck ride to fill your new storage (which I never needed, but good to have).

Way to expensive for what they offer. Only flat Carts available to move items in none with the side rails to bring up bigger pieces.It is so hot in the main loading area feels like a green house. The elevator closes so quick and makes a horrible sound when it's open for a little to long which is not enough time. The entrance to the elevator is more narrow then the halls so keep this in mind when loading your cart.

Professional and helpful staff. The facility is clean, well lit and secure. Their storage options fit the bill for what we needed, and I'd recommend them as a centrally located and easily accessible storage facility in Ottawa.
