I would highly recommend Coordinated Kitchen and Bath. I had them completely redo a bathroom and add a laundry closet off the main room. They took care of everything from design - to install -to clean up. Michael, the project manager, made the entire process stress free. He kept me updated every step of the way and managed all the trades to make the project seamless and on-time. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly and professional. I will miss having them around.

Everyone involved made it a pretty low-stress project with a great final result. The project manager was efficient, thorough and a constant source of good advice. Each of the trades were extremely professional, did a great job and the beautiful, finished bathroom shows great attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

Coordinated Kitchens are true to their name. From beginning to end everything went smoothly. Michael worked with us to design our kitchen exactly as we requested. He was realistic on timelines, gave us a start date months in advance which he delivered on. We wanted to do some of the work ourselves which he coordinated into his schedule. From start to finish we had skilled tradesmen in our house everyday, with no delays. Michael communicated well and was punctual to all meetings. He is also extremely knowledgeable.We are especially happy with the quality of the workmanship provided by his team.Couldn't be happier!

We can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Coordinated Kitchen and Bath. Mike was amazing: extremely efficient, very communicative, flexible, and good natured. His follow-through, even down to finding a shelf anchor for us, was outstanding. Every person he engaged on our work was professional, highly skilled, and pleasant. We were given a timeline and every step of the way it was kept. Nicole made colour decisions easy — she was prepared and extremely helpful. The quality of all the materials, especially of the cabinets, is excellent. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and would highly recommend this company.

I started my project green horn and hired a designer to do my project and source out the cabinets. After 8 weeks of not going anywhere I suggested my designer to look for this company as I heard great things about.When I went and spoke with Michael and his team, they immediately identified that the designed proposed by my interior designer was wrong and would not match up with my space. Michael came to my house, measured everything and we finalized with a meeting.I chose Columbia Kitchens as my friend has and they are fabulous. The knowledge Coordinated Kitchen has is amazing. Their employees are all long term and happy to work there from what I gathered. In my opinion that speaks volume about the company.Due to the VID my kitchen took a little bit and my appliances forever but Michael was patient and on time on his promises. He does not make promises he cannot fulfill thats for sure.Michael also sourced the company for natural store for me. I chose quartzite from Brazil and I just loved it.From start to finish I was happy with the work, communication, awesome team and honesty when it was needed. If you are looking for an amazing business to take care of one of the most important spaces in your home, hire them! I cannot say enough about Coordinated Kitchen and Bath. Our project was managed expertly by Michael and each and every one of his many contractors were skilled, on time, efficient, nice, tidy, and had incredible attention to detail. There were no surprises throughout the project, but many excellent suggestions that I greatly appreciated. Even when I added on extra projects, they were met with enthusiasm and a 'leave it with me' attitude. The guidance that Michael provided gave me a sense of security in the scope of work being done, and the quality of work on all fronts is unbelievable.
