Timeless memories had exceeded every expectation. Virginia is efficient, friendly, and was knowledgeable in helping us figure out what we wanted and/or needed. Excellent service, would highly recommend!!!

I got in touch with Virginia when looking for a wedding tent. I was originally going to do all the planning on my own. Boy am I lucky I found her. Virginia kept in contact with me regularly the months leading up to my wedding, she kept lists organized of what we needed to check off, she had ideas for decor and setup we loved. Her list of preferred vendors is a goldmine, you will get some fantastic deals, trust me!! I had searched all kinds of vendors myself ahead of time, but the connections Virginia has are above anything else, future brides were all asking me for contact info of my vendors while at the wedding.Virginia did all the setup and takedown for my wedding. She is a one-of-a-kind person, her dedication to her work is astounding. She is answering emails at all hours, dropping by when I make last-minute requests, etc. She has a determination to make your wedding day everything you dream of and she won’t stop until she does. She isn’t afraid to be honest about what works and what doesn’t. Trust me, you do not want someone who blindly says yes to you about everything. You want Virginia, she will tell you exactly how things work and she goes out of her way to find solutions to problems. She doesn’t want to leave any stone unturned. When the building office was giving me trouble to get a tent permit, Virginia was happy to drive down to the office herself to get it sorted. That’s her level of dedication.I left my venue the night before knowing Virginia was doing a full setup all morning, and I felt nothing but excitement. I KNEW she would make it beautiful, but she made it a FAIRYTALE. Timeless Memories (Virginia and team) provided outstanding and efficient support for my daughter's wedding, that was hosted at our home. Virginia met with us ahead of time, gave excellent strategic suggestions, and had the yard (chairs/tables) arranged, and set up well ahead of time, and exactly as requested.The support team poured the Champagne, arranged the buffet table and were available at all times. After we all left for the formal reception in Kingston the team cleaned everything up, bagged the garbage and even swept the floor. We worked with Virginia to plan and organize our November 2019 wedding. She took our vague ideas and spur of the moment decisions and skillfully knit them together into the best day of our lives. She showed us an extensive catalogue of drapings, backdrops, and table settings to help us develop our theme and our decorations. We wanted a simple design, and Virginia delivered, respecting our desire for limited decorations while still making the venues that we chose stand out. She connected us with our officiant, photographer, DJ, cake designer, and the limo service we used on our wedding day.On the big day Virginia's team did an amazing job of setting up both venues with no work on our part required, letting us focus on the day itself instead of the details. Loads to offer brides, grooms and anyone holding any kind of event from a small wedding to a large corporate event! Beautiful decorations and backdrops with uplighting available in almost any colour YOU choose! Virginia is great to work with and is usually available to talk about things at a moment's notice.I would like to add that anyone who is on here complaining about things should be posting actual proof of things with pictures. Virginia was great to work with. When she said she was going to get something done, she always did. We appreciated her knowledge and years of experience. She was a tremendous help leading up to the wedding. Having her in our corner on our wedding day allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our day.

Super quick response times, extremely reasonable prices and great advice given on what we needed for our day. Things that we overlooked, Timeless memories reminded us of. Even had a couple last minute additions on the day we picked up our linens and dishes with no issue at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Our decorations for our wedding we're beautiful and exactly what we wanted! Virginia was very easy to work with, she responded to my emails right away and met with us multiple times to make sure our decorations were right for us and in our budget. Highly recommend!
