Ordered the chicken burger and spicy fries. Chicken burger was a 25 cent breaded chicken pattie thrown on a bun with no seasoning just some Frank’s red hot splashed ontop with some lettuce. Their Spicy fries are again just cheap store bought fries smothered in hot sauce with no seasoning. If you don’t eat them within the first 3 minutes they’re all soft and soggy. Good Luck

Ordered through Uber Eats. This restaurant has itself listed under three different names, with prices for the same product(s) varying. The portion sizes are small, and the food that came in an aluminum/tin bowl was burnt. I googled the address thats on all three of these restaurants"

The burgers were so dry and tough. Really wierd. I got the winter burger and it was supposed to have grilled pineapple on it. Basically, it was a few pieces of pineapple you would get on a pizza. I was expecting a slice of actual grilled pineapple. I also got the steak poutine, it was decent, better than the burger. Not a good experience. Buyer beware!

Food was disgusting, got sick immediately after eating. Called for a refund and the guy demanded they come pick up the food and asked if it was a joke I was playing, they picked up the food, he then called back and said too much was eaten and they would not be refunding any money on the order. Do not eat here it is unsanitary. I will be reporting this place to the health board, they have cross contamination.

Just tried for the first time, got the Lab burger, lots of bacon and onions, it was divine! The fries were perfectly crispy and tasty, will definitely be ordering again! Thank you for a lovely Easter dinner.

Worst burger place in London. Ordered their chili burger last night and it was an embarrassment. The meat tasted funny, they don’t know how to slice their vegetables, and all of their food smells like Arabia / falafel. Disgusting restaurant and horrible place, learn how to cut your vegetables and properly season an American hamburger before labeling your restaurant as so. Disgusting - also trim your meat because their was fat left in my teeth - not the most appetizing.

This little known burger spot is my new all time favourite in town! Great customer service and the perfect burger for me. I always order the Big Boss burger with fries and gravy. Never have I been let down and never have I been able to finish it all in one sitting.

Have ordered from them many times. It was always great but tonight instead of their normal fries they sold me air fried frozen fries and a burger with a rotten tomatoe slice on it. Very disappointed as I've loved their food before.

Ordered food from this place. Went with the Hood burger assuming it’d be their best as it’s names after the business. Having no prior knowledge or googling I got this meal. I’m going to be real with everyone here; remember when you were a kid and no name patties were on discount cause they’re about to expire... yeah that’s this place. The onion rings were straight up air fried and even with that tasted hella poor. I was beyond blown away with what I got tonight. Instant gut rot. Like someone said it looks like this place is out of a house during COVID that’s like the last thing I need to see or hear. Sorry y’all stay away unfortunately. Made my pregnant wife cry from it being bad (this is a joke but also true story)
