I have used Bessie's services for over 10 years. 1st to colour & cut my hair every 5weeks. Always a great cut. Now that I grew the colour out, I continue to have a cut every 6 weeks. Always satisfied & good prices too.My Mom used to have a perm done by Bessie & was pleased by it.
