My mother-in-law’s caregiver was wonderful. She was gentle, respectful and very caring with my mother-in-law everyday even when she was having a difficult day. Since 2017, Meena and her team of caregivers continue to provide loving and professional care to my mum, now 90 years old. I chose to utilize Meena and team following my mother's heart surgery convalescence [six months duration] at a popular Brampton retirement home.I was displeased with type care provided by the retirement home, as they were making my mum more dependent on their services rather than improving her health and strength. It was my conclusion that it was not the retirement home's goal to enable my mum to be[come] independent.Since removing my mum from that Brampton retirement home, Meena and team have helped my mum to become more independent. With the assistance of a licensed occupational therapist (Meena's recommendation), Meena's caregivers assist my mum through regular and targeted exercises [as well as daily outdoor walks]. Not only has my mum's overall health improved, her weight is healthier, she has more energy, and her mood is more positive.I highly recommend Meena and her team for other seniors looking for healthier alternatives than retirement homes. My mum loves the fact that she can continue to live in her family home.

This was a very big decision for my Family to do for my Dad.My Dad felt very nervous at first about someone helping him so intimately. We expressed this to Meena, who is absolutely wonderful at making sure every one of our needs and beyond have been met. She took all our concerns and carefully understood my Dad to make sure we have someone who would be complimentary to him.It has been 2 years and I couldn't ask for a more wonderful and caring person than my Dads Caregiver ( She is Family to us!) She is a blessing, and we absolutely love her! My Dad feels so comfortable and safe with her, and it didn't take long for that to happen.She always makes sure my Dads needs are met, she helps him with mobility exercises, fun interactive activities, talks and makes him laugh.She is very attentive and observant of his health and behaviours as well.I truly believe people come into our life for a reason, an added bonus is the wonderful friendship (she's like a sister) we have!I am truly Grateful to both Meena and our Caregiver, Right at Home was a referral to us when we first thought of getting help, and it is a decision we are truly happy we made :)

Meena and her team have been providing care and companionship to my sister Mary at Greenway Retirement Village for the last 5 years.My sister has had several challenging events including the transition from independent to assisted living.Her caregiver has consistently encouraged her to maintain and improve her quality of life, through moderate exercise (assisted walking) compassionate listening and supporting social interactions/activities.Meena and her team, combined, provide a proactive response to any issue that may arise, making suggestions regarding her personal care plan in a timely manner.I recommend them without hesitation to assist a family member who requires extra care and support while living in a retirement community or their personal residence.

My Mother is 89 Years old and was diagnosed with Dementia. My Mother needs more assistance than I could provide. She needs bathing, hygienic care and some preparation with her meals.I am thankful that I found Right at Home Canada. Meena sent me an “Angel” that comes in and takes wonderful care of my Mother. She gets her awake and starts her day from giving her a shower, getting her dress, assisting with her prayers, preparing her meals and with her daily classes. My caregiver is very patient and knows how to handle my Mother. She is caring, loving and my Mother feels safe with her and completely trusts her. She treats my Mother as her own. I see how tender and attentive she is with my Mother and that has put my mind at ease. Being on time and dependable is extremely important to me. Meena has been a tremendous help and support for a number of years now. Right at Home worked with my mom first, and about a year later we needed help for my dad too. Meena and her staff keep us up to date all of the time, communicate with us whenever there is a health issue and do just an a tremendous job in allowing seniors theopportunity to stay in their house. We would be in a much different situation if it wasn't for Right at Home - Meena and her staff.
