My Fiancé and I came in to upgrade our phones and were taken exceptional care of by Amanda. She worked hard to get us the best deals, introduced us to new services that were relevant for us and made sure we had everything we needed and more. It was a lengthy process and her coworker Shy jumped in to help any way she could by setting up our new devices and going over the plans we were updating, making sure everything was working correctly and assisting Amanda any way she could to help us all out. Together they were a fantastic duo and made the process so easy and painless for us both. Thank you Amanda and Shy!

After speaking with an online agent last night I was directed to a Rogers store I went in. The worker was rude, ignorant and constantly interrupted me telling me that I would have to return my phone two hours away. Unacceptable customer service and admittedly he says he’s told others the same. A long time customer, corporate was quite interested in the fact they were under the Rogers logo. Won’t step foot in that place again!

Had the most AMAZING customer service experience today with a gentleman named Sahibamar at the Roger's store in Duncan . There was another male employee and a female employee there as well working and I'm sorry that I didn't get their names to add to my review (Thanks) . You were all so super friendly ! This is what customer service should be like at every store . Sahibamar welcomed me and spent time with me going through different options . I didn't fell rushed at all . I ended up purchasing a phone for my son and getting a really great deal on a plan to fit his needs . Sahibamar was very knowledgeable,pleasent and just an absolute pleasure to deal with ! I hope your boss knows what a gem you are ! Kudos to all 3 of you wonderful employees today ! You guys are superstars ! Made my day and shopping experience very nice
