It is such a treat to visit Candice at ElyseSalon. I feel so pampered and refreshed at my appointments, and my hair always feels and looks amazing after. Candice is extremely professional and knowledgeable at her work. The products she recommended for my hair have drastically improved its texture, sped up postpartum hair regrowth, and maintained the colour between visits. I can’t say enough good things about this salon or Candice’s service.

I finally had my appointment at Elyse Salon, and it was oh so worth the wait. The salon is most welcoming, from the the beautiful touches to the lovely Candice and her staff.I walked in with almost two inches of grey/white re growth, patches of light brown, with dark blonde.The lovely Hair Pro Roe with so much patience was given the task of fixing it, and it is an amazing color. I love itThank you Elyse Salon and Roe!!

I had just the best experience. It started with a very relaxing shoulder and neck massage. Michayla washed my hair and the did an incredible job with the cut and style! This was my first time here and it will not be my last!

Candice was extremely professional and thorough at our initial consultation and again at our appointment. She was actually ready and waiting for me as I was two minutes late - and I was very surprised but also incredibly impressed. That has literally never happened to me for any appointment I've ever had.My hair had been over-processed at another salon and I was hesitant to do anything to damage it further. She assured me that we could colour my hair without further compromising the health of my hair, and she didn't disappoint. The entire appointment was enjoyable as she is very friendly and knowledgeable. Being an Aveda salon, I was treated to a complimentary neck and shoulder massage and I've never felt so pampered (at a salon) in my life! Beautiful salon, kind and professional staff, Aveda products - I already can't wait to come back!

Having worked in the salon industry myself, I recognize quality work and client care. I’ve been to many salons in the area over the years only to leave disappointed but the staff here really care about their clients and want to pamper them. That’s what keeps me coming back again and again. My hair always turns out so perfect and never damaged like the other salons in Saugeen Shores always left it. When I leave Elyse I feel like I just stepped off the pages of a magazine!

This salon is the BEST full stop! I moved to Port Elgin 11 years ago and have been going to Candice for 10 years. My hair has never looked or felt so good. Professional environment while remaining fun and relaxing. Scheduling appointments w Zack at the front desk could not be more simple and the reminder phone calls the day before my appointments are a life saver!Candice is always up for answering all my hair & colour questions with honest and knowledgeable responses.At the end of the day all that matters is that I leave the salon relaxed, happy and feeling good about hair! Really disappointed with my hair from Elyse. My hair was originally brown with blonde highlights, I went in for a consultation with Candice. She told me she could get me ash blonde like the photo I showed her.A few days later I went in for the hair appointment. When she started putting foils in my hair she told me she has been doing hair for over 15 years and was extremely confident she could get my hair how I wanted it. Half way through the appointment she asked if I had ever used box hair dye. I told her I have used it a few times, but not in over 6 months.Once my hair was finished it was three different colours and I was unhappy with it. She told me I could stay until late so she could try to fix it but it would cost me. I had to pay $400.00 already for my hair and I wasn't even happy with it!I tried calling her two days later to explain I was embarrassed of my hair and I really wanted her to fix it, she told me the only way she would fix it is if I paid more money. I would not recommend coming here.
