A lively, lovely market, an open house jewelry extravaganza, wild, gently freeing restorative yoga. SUCH a perfect place for a truly grounding, beautiful yoga practice. ❤️ Take any chance you can to soak up this little piece of beauty. I promise you'll fall in love with it almost instantly.

This beautiful teacher and studio is a well kept secret, you would NEVER know from the main road that this oasis is tucked away deep in the back forty surrounded by lush nature.A beautiful studio with an extremely sweet seasoned teacher, light hearted" she certainly is! If you don't appreciate the occasional giggle and story telling while moving your body this is not your place.Olympia has a unique ability to guide from the newest students to the most advanced giving us meaningful analogies in a mindful practice at a generally "slow like honey" pace.Thank you for teaching beautiful things Olympia (and sharing your garden delights too)

The studio of dreams! The back forty is an oasis tucked into the back roads of beautiful Fort Langley. Olympia creates a space to help restore, calm and enlighten your spirit. Her classes are quirky and light hearted, you’ll leave the class beaming with positivity... she has the most contagious smile!

Olympia is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled yogi but manages to relate and translate it all to a non-yogi like myself. Her studio is beautiful and I want to live there! Two thumbs up!

Olympia's beautiful haven is a well kept secret. It is one that I do want to keep for my closer few. However, I do truly want to share and promote her LOVE and PASSION.When looking for a new place to practice, I was looking for a space with lots of natural elements. This sums up the Back Forty and more. Just being able to visit this space is restorative enough.Olympia is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and full of love. Her classes are light-hearted, as challenging as they need to be, full of positivity, and comes with a side of giggles.I am very honoured to be able to share my journey with Olympia and the Back Forty. I’ve practiced yoga with Olympia for years and her beautiful studio is truly one of a kind. She is nurturing and intuitive and her classes are sprinkled with giggles. Surrounded by nature this studio just does something for the soul. It’s literally my favourite way to start a Saturday!
