For a burger restaurant, their burgers are terrible. I’m a picky eater so I don’t have sauces on it (mustard, ketchup, relish, etc) but the patty was flavourless. A&W has seasoning in theirs, now that’s a good burger. That’s why they get 1 star, if they weren’t a burger restaurant, I might give them 3.Wendy’s in general has good fries and Frosty’s. This review is based on this location, I don’t usual eat their burgers elsewhere and I hope they aren’t all like this.

I left a review on here a while back, it has seemed to disappear. I used to go to Wendy’s once in a while but after my daughter and then a few days later I got a raw chicken sandwich I’ll never eat here again. That is beyond disgusting and you should be ashamed of producing a product like that.

Solid location. Haven’t had an issue yet, food is as expected, place is very clean and modern. You can order inside but the mobile app doesn’t seem to have the pick up order option which is a bit annoying. Most toppings are free as well which is always a plus.

loaded a sandwich on the app from my rewards but something went wrong trying to redeem it. instead of an apology i was told that i would get it free this time but next time their app screwed up on their end I would have to pay for it. i asked for the managers name, thin girl with dark hair, she closed the drive thru window on me and wouldn't talk to me or tell me her name. great staff, great food but this manager seems very angry and horrible at customer service. I guess I'll be going to a different Wendys after this. its a shame because i literally eat lunch here everyday (or used to)if the rewards don't work i have no problem paying for my meal but her attitude was horrible. she said i was rude but never once raised my voice or said anything disrespectful. if anything she was the one being rude and disrespectful

Generally grab take out from this location and food is consistent and fresh. Went to dine in recently and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Clean dining area and family friendly.

Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers are the perfect road trip food.This location is a quick pit stop off the 401. Clean interior and bathrooms if you need to take a break from a long drive. Manager operating the cash register at the time was really polite and friendly.Overall a good Wendy’s!

The spicy chicken burger is as good as ever. The restaurant was clean although it was a snowy/rainy day. Welcoming stuff. Recommend it

Overall, good. But there was a pretty bad urine smell near the drink machine. I know the bathroom was just around the corner, but it smelt like someone just peed on the floor in front of me and it was left there for a week. Maybe it couldn't be helped but that's really my only complaint.
