Best ice cream I've ever tried and my kids love this place. It comes with unlimited toppings

The only person working was pretty rude and wasn’t great at communicating. Also the ice cream was definitely not worth $17.

Went for a ice cream with my friend and I. All the screens were up except for the screen with the screens for the cone prices, my sister got a small strawberries and cream in a cup and she was charged $8.58. Absolutely ridiculous price for a small. Will be bringing business elsewhere. Baskin Robbins and dairy queen at least have better service and prices.

I went in with my free birthday coupon and the young girl was so friendly but the man was so rude! Rude enough to make me never want to return, he made me feel like I was robbing the place and gave me a tiny sample in the cup while seething at me . Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Title: Serious Concerns About Store EnvironmentI don't usually leave reviews, but my recent experience at the Marble Slab Creamery located at 1445 harmony Rd has compelled me to do so.In my brief tenure working here, I've had several alarming observations about the management and cleanliness of the store that I believe need to be shared.The store's hygiene standards have been notably lacking, a concern especially serious given that we're in the food service industry. This could potentially compromise the quality and safety of the products we serve here.Furthermore, the store manager's demeanor towards both employees and customers has been disappointing. A pervasive lack of respect creates a negative atmosphere that, in my opinion, adversely affects the customer experience and employee morale.I'm writing this review because I believe potential customers should be aware of the issues at this location. It is my sincere hope that by highlighting these concerns, they will be addressed, resulting in improvements that would benefit both the employees and customers.

I came in here with my toddler during a mommy son day. The man who works here is not in the least bit friendly. He didn’t say a word to us, miserable, there were absolutely no napkins in the store. My toddler was a complete mess, and left the table a mess (which I hated but there was nothing to clean it with). Also, two small cups was 19.00????? What on EARTH. Will not be returning.

Just went to this location. Terrible customer service. Young new hire was making my ice cream and manager yelled at the new hire. Sorry employees of this location : you do not get paid enough to be harassed like this!!! Toxic work environment. Manager literally was trying to OVER charge me for my ice cream and when I asked what a small ice cream costed , he could not tell me the price and kept changing the price. Then manager got mad at me for questioning in front of other customers. I left as I was fed up and then my friend was buying her milkshake and the manager continued to yell at young new hire in front of all of the customers. How hypocritical for him to come at me for questioning the price and asking why he was charging me so much when he can yell at the employees in front of his customers AND NOT EVEN HELPING. I understand Marble Slab is expensive and their ice cream is good but I will definitely not be returning back to this location or buying from this company again. Super Unfortunate.

I don't like giving negative reviews but the posters all around the shop show mixed ice creams bursting with toppings, delightful I think as I haven't been for a long time and was looking forward to it. The guy weighs the ice cream, OK - then puts a measly TWO strawberries and not even a TEASPOON of the graham crackers. It feels like a huge ripoff.The man was friendly but too friendly - please don't ask what people do for a living, how much they earn, etc, etc, that's not appropriate - he did that to the person in front of me in line as well.

The service was excellent from this girl who was working there name Madeeha. She is the only reason I would want to come back to get ice cream. Her service is the best.
