I ordered a gift basket for a close friend.The positive:The presentation was good (consistent with the picture on their website), it was delivered to the right address, and on time.The negative:The contents were quite different from the order . It was supposed to include coffee

I ordered a flower arrangement through FTD.ca for my mother and this was the florist who did it. It was suppose to be delivered on a Friday and didn't arrive till 7pm. When I opened it, the arrangement was smooshed down into the vase and I had to pull flowers out. It was poorly arranged, no order to it - almost looked like something a child would pick and give to their mother. I called FTD.ca and asked for a refund. Next thing I get a call for these florist asking what is wrong with the flowers. I try to tell him but he is more concerned with that fact the arrangement just have the required amount of flowers rather than how it looked. Plus when I tell him I spent $81 on it, twice he says I did not and then says he got paid $50 to make it. Is he that dumb that he doesn't know how a business works? No website is going to charge me what they pay you or they wouldn't make any money. He then asked for photos which I sent. But instead of seeing his mistakes, he calls on Monday (2 days later) to say a driver to coming to take back the flowers. Such great customer service. I hope he can reuse his flowers considering they started to die on Saturday even with fresh water and the flower food.Stay away from this place!!! Bad customer service.

Horrible experience for my birthday! Just got off the phone with Bill who was incredibly rude and blamed me for their mistakes. Yesterday was my birthday and my mother apparently sent me flowers. They delivered to the wrong house and he blames me for not knowing my neighbours work schedules in order to receive my flowers. So rude! Thanks for the birthday gift! I hope your special day is not ruined by Bill!

I ordered a large. They delivered a small. Maybe they thought I wouldn't find out since I dont live in the province. They refused to redeliver. This place is completely dishonest. Be careful if you're ordering from 1800flowers or FTD. They will make it right, but make sure to check if what you ordered is actually what is delivered.

Horrible customer service on the phone. Didnt end up ordering because of how unhelpful they were.

Great experience. I wanted to send a anniversary basket with some complicated instructions for getting it in to the person. Occasionally Gifted was amazing to talk to and worked around the problems!

Rude VP - flowers were in awful condition- not interested in fixing the problem!

I've been using Occasionally Gifted for over 10 years to send candy gift baskets to my nephews and I love them. They are very accommodating about changing out products and always organize my delivery on time (even when I'm late ordering!). I highly recommend them.
