Amazing vet! Couldn’t be happier with the level of care!

Extremely disappointed with this place. I went in based on all the amazing reviews. Disgusted with what I had to deal with here.I took my Alaskan malamute in because he had a small lump form on his back leg within the span of overnight. My regular vet was on vacation so I wanted to get this looked at asap, and brought him here. Doctor looked at it from afar and was like it’s mast cell tumour and it has to be removed as soon as possible. I was not satisfied since he came to a conclusion so quick, asked him to take a better look and he bent down looked at it and said yeah it’s for sure that. Gave me an estimate of $2500. Said first they will do an x ray on him, see if the tumour is spread to his lungs and stuff, and if so they will call me and let me decide what I want to do, and if it didn’t spread that far they will proceed to remove what is on his leg, and then send that to the lab to confirm what it is.I said I will think about it and left. Called my regular vet while he was on vacation, he told me to take him tot he clinic and another vet will be working. He asked for pictures and said he doesn’t think it’s a tumour, and it wouldn’t show up over night even if it was, so he’s highly doubtful of it.Next day I go to the clinic doctor looks at it and says it looks like an infection, he will take a sample and send it for a test. 4 days later test comes back saying it is an infection.What a mess of a situation. Had me crying all day when i visited this clinic thinking I may not have much time with my dog to later find out he is perfectly fine and it was just an infection.Would not recommend this place at all.

We recently lost our budgie but found her safe days later. We brought her here for a health check and to spray for mites. The service was great and the staff and doctor were very friendly. After the checkup the doctor gave some follow up advice. I am very happy with how we were treated. Highly recommended.

This place does not care to take time to explain procedures and the importance of vital factors during surgery. This careless behaviour resulted in the death of a young healthy kitten.As anyone could choose to get a procedure done for their pet, it does not mean they personally have a full background in medical or animal science. This is why all vets or support staff should be explaining what is necessary for an animal to survive during a surgery to their owner prior to the surgery. Why did they go to school to not express their knowledge? I would not reccomend anyone going to this place because they rush through paperwork, are unorganized and just simply want your business. Don’t come here.

Honestly my poor dog had scabs that kept popping up with no injury. The Best immediately identifyed them as hot spots and after 2 years of me going to other Vets and them milking me for money when they knew what it was. The Best and Peel Animal Hospital gave her treatment and within 2 weeks my doggie was herself again! Amazing!

This place is a money grab. They know what's going on with your pet but will suggest multiple steps, medicines and an xray at every occasion possible and take advantage of your emotions when it comes to your pet. There are more honest vets out there.

I actually thought this place was great. The staff was friendly, the vet was nice. They allowed me to stay with my dog during visits. My dog was injured in July and we came in for an emergency visit. I called and before going there and they asked I send them pictures of the injury via email which I did and they quoted me for the injury and the rabies shot we would just do a couple weeks early, Great, we went in they fixed the nail and everything was fine and we went to leave and they tried charging me $250 over the quoted price. I immediately argued the bill. There was no disrespectful tone, there was no raising of my voice, just me insisting that they were being unreasonable. The vet didn’t even get off his chair, the office girl was going back and forth between the front desk and the vets office and she finally said “ok we will honor the price” I asked them to note on my file to quote work accurately before doing anything. They discounted my invoice $248.71. I paid and left. Fast forward to today. I called to ask a question about his upcoming shots and they told me they could no longer book my dog because of the last unpleasant Interaction with their staff. This place is a money grab. I wasn’t a drop in, my dog is 2 and this was his only vet. They neutered him, gave him all his shots and I spent a lot of money here. I guess they didn’t like that I didn’t allow them to rip me off. They tried to make it sound like I caused a problem there and honestly they are just dishonest and a will take advantage of you if given the chance. Buyer beware. I highly recommend getting everything in writing because this place is not proper with their billing. But the service was friendly. I gave them a 5 star rating earlier and now I’m changing it to a 1. Do better. By the looks of their reviews I’m not the first person they did this to…

Very friendly and the staffs and doctors are very nice when asked for informations and advices.

I have been here a couple times for my rabbits. They are amazing. So kind so caring and even with my wonky ways and needing help they still work with me :)Highly recommend for all your pet care-Love,Fynnegan and Jaxson!

Dr Walid is quite possibly the worst money grabbing, scummy veterinarian who would intentionally misdiagnose your pet just so he can make a couple thousand dollars.My Doberman has allergic reactions each summer and this summer instead of simply dispensing the medication (on which this vet already makes +$50/per bottle) he insisted I bring my pet in for a diagnosis. After the diagnosis, instead of dispensing the medicine which he has already been dispensing to my pet for the past 2 years, he decided on a more expensive option which would cost upwards of $700…Anyways, after much deliberation and push back from the receptionist and the doctor, they finally prescribe me the medicine but only 2 bottles saying that a diagnosis would be required again once the medicine runs and he mentioned “this is how I make money”Dr Walid also compared this scenario to how a technician came to home once to fix his furnace and all he did was turn on a switch but charged him $450 for doing so hence why he needs to force me in for a diagnosis since this is “his fees”.DO NOT RECOMMEND if you have a pet dog.
