I can confidently say that the care provided by Svetlana Broder is exceptional.As a caregiver for my mother for more than two years, Svetlana provided all levels of care including bathing, dressing, feeding, administration of medication, wound care, taking her to medical appointments, assistance with walking and companionship.Svetlana’s observation and communication skills are excellent. She pays close attention to everything that can affect health and wellbeing and is prompt and clear in explaining any changes she notices or anything she feels may need attention.Svetlana always treated my mother with kindness. I came to rely on her to do what was best for my mother and I always had peace of mind knowing my mother was in the best possible hands.

Tried to call for help very rude untrained youngster answered the phone and asked me who I was lol. Than I had to ask if I was in contact with a home care service and the clown hung up the phone . I would never suggest anyone using this service , ever .
