Envoy is our first call whenever we need a rental lift or trenching machine. We even hire them to transport our own equipment at times because we trust their drivers and service. They've given us zero reason to look elsewhere and we'll continue to do business with Envoy in the future!

Envoy Rentals, and specifically Kyle Nelson, went above and beyond when helping us with our (35' articulating lift) rental needs. In a time when customer service seems to have been shuffled to the bottom of the priority list it was refreshing (and very much appreciated) to have been so well looked after by Kyle.

I have to say one thing about this equipment rental company is the the fact of service. I was looking for a specialty piece of equipment. Envoy rentals stepped up to the plate and found the unit and at a great rate. It was a much appreciated in such sort short time.

We had rented a trencher, the chain came off two times. Had the service guy come to site to re-install. They charged me $572.00 for service calls. Seems excessive and leaves me feeling ripped-off. I'm not convinced that a dropped chain should be my responsibility at all.

I deal with Tony and he's awesome. I had a machine accidently sent to me after I had cancelled. He got the semi to come back and grab it at no charge. Would recommend them to anyone.

The crew at Envoy are great and give great customer service. The staff are knowledgeable and their equipment is great quality to get your job done. They always want to make sure you got the right equipment for your project. Support local these guys are awesome!

I gave this company a 5 star review when they demonstrated great appreciation of their workers, unfortunately that is lost. I won't go into details, but time management and efficiency should be included in the improvements with this company.
