If you're craving Chinese food this will hit the spot. The portions are massive!! Everything taste delicious! We got combo No.1 and No.5 between two people and we were left with another meal.

My family's go-to place for Chinese Take-out. Called to order in advance, and the service is always friendly & fast.Food is good quality & in big enough portions that you have some left over for the next day.Staff is friendly as well.

This place really deserves 5 stars! never had issues with customer service , food is always warm and fresh. I've never had anything missing or wrong. One thing I'd like to mention though is the batter for lemon chicken was a little too crunchy. I love the big pieces of chicken, so if that could be worked on that would be great. Thank you for the hard work!

This is our neighbourhood Chinese take-out place and it has quickly become our go-to. The food is consistent and delicious and their service is great as well. Pay in cash to get a 10% discount too!

I tried South City for the first time last night. My longtime favorite restaurant, “Ding Ho” closed many years ago. The food was very good! I ordered the Hot and Sour soup along with 3 other dishes. I find that some establishments make the soup too spicy hot. South City’s had a wee kick (just perfect) and they give you a packet of Asian hot sauce if you prefer your soup spicier. The other dishes I can recommend are the chicken chow mein, barbecue spareribs, and the Butterfly Shrimp- Open shrimps enfolded with bacon, pan fried in egg batter, served with oyster sauce. Delicious! I’m looking forward to trying other dishes on their menu! The prices were reasonable as well. I’m happy to say that I’ve found my new Chinese restaurant!

After many disappointing Chinese food on the Mountain (Hamilton in general) , I think we found a spot (hopefully consistent) where we're happy with the food and service. The price, taste and quality of the food was good. The soup wasn't the greatest, but rice, wings and spicy chicken stood out.

I purchased the special for five which came to $43.99 before tax. According to their menu anything over $40.00 before tax gets a 10% discount. Once I got home I realized that I did not get the discount. Even though it doesn't come to much ($4.39) it is still annoying that they ripped me off . Apparently there is no discount for specials so I am obviously the one in the wrong. My apologies to this establishment. I've changed my rating accordingly.
