Our experience here was aweful. After we clearly explained how my son wanted his hair cut, the barber cut his hair in the same style he cut the previous 2 clients, which is exactly what my son didn't want. We explained that he wanted to leave the back longer and blend the front and sides. The first thing the barber did was use a razor to cut the back. He (the barber) said he thought it would look better. He left the front uneven and very bulky. It looked terrible. My son left in tears, and we needed to have it fixed the next day.
