These guys are great. They replaced our pump 2 years+ ago and it went out again. It only had a 2 year warranty, but they replaced it again for us for free. Didn't charge us a penny. They also responded very quickly. Highly recommend these guys.

Jake was professionaland knowledgeable. He sent me a proposalthe next morning. He did the design, handledall permits, and inspections, and was able tofit me in his very busy schedule so my closingcould go forward. He and his crew workedextremely hard the day of installation.Becky was always available to answer myquestions and quickly responded to all myemails. We recently needed to install a new septic system at our home. I knew very little about septics, what was involved, and how the whole process worked. Jake and the entire team at Northside was extremely patient, communicated very well, and were among the most cost effective installers out there. They consistently went above and beyond for us. We ran into the inevitable bumps along the way related to city ordinances and they took it upon themselves to help navigate the approval process, permits, etc. They completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned up and even left our property in better shape than how they found it, which is rare with contractors these days. I have already recommended Northside and will continue to do so in the future. Great guys that do great work!

Straight to the point whenever called with septic questions. Never seen a sloppy job or had shady work done, very thorough- they stand behind their clean work. Installments & their compliance inspections are always honest and true to req. standards --never had any issues with this company. Worth their business! Highly recommend.

Wow, this company is great! First, the technician walked me through all the steps I could try at home to help with our problem. Then he said, call if it doesn't work. He didn't laugh at how little I knew about our septic, and very patiently explained all of it. What a great company! I hope they're as amazing to and for you too!

I had my septic alarm go off after business hours called and left a message for JakeHe called me with in 10 minutes.He tried to have me check a few thing first ( to try to save a service call charge )It was dark so I asked if they could fit me in and when. They came late afternoon the next day and tried all they could to sage me a bigger bill. Awesome work. I highly recommend this company. They were VERY professional, knew what they were doing, respectful and performed clean finish work. (They had also fixed my slightly uneven yard ‘grade’ to the house, where the old septic tanks were taken out!) Thank you & your team so much for getting me on your schedule during such crazy busy times right now.Northside Septic helped make replacing my failed septic stress-free all while starting & completing the job 100% within hours! They did not drag the replacement process out all summer with a half finished job. We are very thankful.
