Web site is good until you have to sign in to see a place. That is just a sneaky way to get your contact info so they can bother you. The part about it being a MLS rule is stupid, I was just browsing and if I want more info on a place I would contact them. None of the info on a property is classified to require a person to sign in. That makes ne leave a site and usually never use it again.

Teresa was our broker when selling our country home in Lakeport last summer. She went way above the call of duty as a realtor. She helped us with cleaning up the place and staging it. A great video of the place was made which resulted in selling the place within just a few days. I would highly recommend Teresa for anyone who is thinking about selling or buying.
