Momentum Clothing
This was my first experience with Momentum Clothing and it was exceptional. I don't live in the area so I purchased the item online through their website (a plant pot). They carry a wide selection of high quality brands. But, I was more impressed with the high level of customer service: they were prompt in returning my communications, knowledgeable about the products, and most of all helpful and amenable. I haven't experienced this type of service in a long time and gives me confidence to make more purchases from them in the future.

Worst experience .I buy Jordan with 8 size and not 9.5 on being advised by there sales rep where my size is 8.5.8 and 9.5 sizes were only available.I went back to take 9.5 size but they refused to change.I am getting same sneaker with better deal onlineDefinitely not recommendedBetter to spend 10-15% more where you have freedom of exchangeThere will not even entertain you after you pay your money by calling it FINAL SALE .Please read there policies carefully if you still want to buyThey loose 4 sneaker lovers on this deal

Honestly, best sneaker and apparel shop in the country by far. Most honest and fair way to raffle shoes ive seen. Only regret I do have is not finding this canadian gem of a store sooner. Keep up the awesome work folks.

1/5 stars is too nice of me.If you want high-quality footwear and excellent customer service, NEVER GO TO MOMENTUM.The Customer is always right, UNLESS you're shopping at Momentum Clothing.Try not to forget that your customers are the reason you are in business in the first place.. maybe learn how to treat them proper! just a thought :)Doug
