I've been a long term loyal customer due to great service- the knowledge and support found here keeps me coming back and the staffs friendly, informed, and easygoing nature has you feeling comfortable that your needs are being met. The selections available have fulfilled the majority of my winter gear needs and the seasonal apparel is versatile and appealing. Great selection, feeling appreciated, and quick response to warranty and/or maintenance needs encourages me to continue shopping locally.

Ski Base / Bike Base is under new owners as of May 2022, and they're great.They recently tuned-up two bikes for me and went out of their way to help. I can't say enough about their friendly and knowledgeable service.I'll certainly be back.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my fatbike here for a noisy rear end and tuneup. My bike now runs great and is super quiet!! Happy Trails!

We have visited Ski Base several times over the ski season and have had outstanding service from all of the staff who served us. We dealt with 4 or 5 different staff members, buying ice cleats for our boots, ski helmet, having my ski boot liner heat molded, and then the shell blown out. Each time the staff were pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable and provided excellent service.Brilliant work …. We will be back.

Great Bike Shop.The staff are very friendly and so helpful.The hire bikes are the best value in the area, are set up perfectly to suit size and weight, and most importantly great to ride.Plenty of advice on where to ride, how to get there and even what to do and see at various locations.As a result, my wife and I had a great day's riding in Fernie.Many thanks.
