My doctor sent a referral to this Endoscopy clinic. My experience with the screen call was not good. The receptionist was abrupt and monotonous. There’s a lack of customer service on the phone. I ended the call. Not a nice experience.

I wasn't going to post my review but after reading others.... my nurse was Sarah, she was very kind... also was my first time....got a clean bed... obviously this clinic is there to make money, but as the procedure go... well, they did answer all my questions... the doctor also did, in a kind of rude way, but did anyway... and they made me feel free to stop and leave at anytime, so...

They are there only for only money.After my endoscopy, they gave me three different results(for the first day,they gave me somebody's name on it,after 4 days,somebady called and told me different result and then finally my family doctor told me different result).Inaddition to that,they are too rush and don't have time to explain unclear ideas.I never seen and expect this kind of weird pharmacy in Canada.

This was my first Colonoscopy so I can't really compare it to a previous experience, but it doesn't seem reasonable to me that for a 40 minute to 1 hour procedure (including recovery if you're sedated) your whole time spent there should be about 4.5 hours. Place was very badly organized - seemed like a bit of a clownshow. I'm giving it two stars because I think at least the procedure went fine (walked out with a little gas but it went away after a bit and now I'm fine). Going to advise my GP so that he doesn't send other people there.

I was extremely happy with my experience at Advance Endoscopy. From start to finish I felt comfortable and taken care of. The staff and doctors are all top notch!

Not a fun thing to have to do but the staff were warm and professional and the experience was good. I previously had a scope at the Provis-Rudd Clinic and it was awful so I was pleasantly surprised.

Consultation was quick and easy. The receptionist working (Jan30th, Coxwell location) is so nice and pleasant. She does a great job, and it makes a big difference to patients who are worried about issues that could be serious to have someone so comforting and personable working at a clinic like this. I didn't catch her name but thanks for making potentially awkward appointments bearable!
