Bought a pair of sneakers for a gift. Asked the associate the return and exchange policy prior buying it. I was informed 30 days for refund. After a week decided to return the item. The associate who is “the manager” hard to believe did not let me refund the item because they only do store credit and there is no possible way to refund an item in there store???? I challenge them that their own associate informed me that i was able to return this item since its for a gift or else if i was told only store credit, i would of went to another boutique.The “manager” just argued and admit that its their fault for informing me this, however “were going back in circle and at the end of the day we can’t refund the item”. This manager made faces, smirks while i brought up the fact again that he admits its his own associates lack of training of knowing their own policy.There were no written policy by front cashier when i asked he can show me the policy. However, he responds “its in the back of our receipt”. So i have to buy an item not get a refund on it in order to know the policy?? I mean thats the only way to get a receipt…I love supporting local boutique and small shops, hence why i chose livestock instead of footlocker, chanps, JD, etc.. but this is VERY SHADY. Please stay loyal to your own customers. Very disappointing.

I hope you’re reading this before checking out. Listen to the other reviews, don’t waste your time and money!I’ve been trying to contact them for the past 3 weeks to no avail. I’ve tried calling customer service but after 30 mins on the phone it says “we’re experiencing technical problems” and cuts. If the virtual assistant option works the queue is often long and it always seems to refresh and kick me out before I can chat with someone. I’ve also tried emailing them but they’ve all gone unanswered.All I initially wanted to do was make an exchange because the shoes I received seemed a bit too worn to give to someone as a gift.

I've purchased a few shoes never had a problem when purchasing from the store. Whoever I purchased something online and one shoe looks warn while the other looks new. I can't return it to the store but would have to take pictures and then speak to customer service through email and on the phone. For me I don't have the time for this. It's a shame now I will look into other stores for my shoes. Don't understand why I can't go to the store. They contacted me via this review and I wrote to them with no response back. Thanks Again !

Ordered shoes from them and got no shipping details for two weeks. Had to contact them for them to let me know they didn't have them and refunded my order. However, they gave me a 15% off coupon for my next order. Placed another order for a different pair using my code. Again, no shipping details for two weeks. Had to contact them (online chat took 2 hours to get through) for them to tell me my order would be expedited. Refunded my order 4 days later. Don't even bother.

First time buying some stuff from here online. Had a little unpleasant beginning that my order got canceled because it suspected frauds. I don’t have this problem with any other websites I ordered from before. Anyways, I ordered again right after it and surprisingly they shipped my order like within 5 hours. Overall, great experience and would come back in the future.

If you order off the website, just be prepared to wait AT LEAST 2 weeks for your item to ship. Even then, they might just forget about it. This is the 3rd online order I’ve made where I’ve waited over 2 weeks and eventually had to drive to the location myself to pick up my order. Hey Livestock, I have experience in logistics and warehouse management. You should hire me to do all your e-commerce operations because y’all need help. I’ll get those orders shipped out in less than a week, easy.

I just visited the store earlier this week to pick out a pair of sneakers and Tom and his team ensured I had a great experience from when I entered the store to when I completed my purchase. The team is dedicated to help each customer with their unique needs, tailoring recommendations to your taste and requirements. They ensured a dynamic shopping experience and I was thoroughly impressed with the variety available at the location. Unfortunately the shoe I wanted was not available in my size at the location but they placed an order online with next day delivery and I was back at the store to pick it up! All in all, great experience and shout-out to Tom and his team!

It seems everyone here is experiencing similar issues. If you plan on ordering from their online store, expect delays. I placed an order for a pair of shoes nearly three weeks ago and they only just started processing my order, after I issued a complaint of course. Customer service is abysmal, both the live chat and customer support phone lines are completely unavailable. The only response I've been given was through email and I was greeted by an automated mail bot. As stated in the email, it may take an additional 8-15 days to receive a response from an actual customer service representative. At this rate, I won't receive my order for another three weeks, let alone a shipment confirmation. As someone who has worked in both corporate and independent fashion retailers, there is no reason why a product should take this long to make it to the customer. Based on similar reviews, it is clear that Livestock needs to sort out the company's backend and service to its customers. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved and everyone will receive their orders or some form of compensation for the trouble. Till then save yourself the trouble and shop from a different retailer. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Tom is the man. I got a pair of Air Max 1’s and there was a defect in the lining and it was bunching up when I wore them. There was only one size 12 left in the company and he had it shipped from Vancouver here to Toronto to do an exchange. I can’t speak for the online experience, but my experiences shopping here have all been positive. Got my replacement kicks, and we’re good!

Same as the many comments below: great shop, great selection of shoes, completely hopeless online operation. I ordered my shoes nearly a month ago. CC has been charged. No update. No response to support requests. On the recommendation of other reviewers, my plan is to call my credit card's fraud department in the hopes that this might bring about a response.
