Always a friendly face in store and amazing customer service - broke a litter box I purchased from them a few months back (totally my fault). Emailed them to ask if I could buy just the broken part and they've told me their rep is sending a new one free of charge! This is why shopping small local business is the best.

The owners and staff genuinely care about your pet and take time to share knowledge and advice. I now avoid the big chain pet stores if I can and shop exclusively here because they are so knowledgeable and friendly. They fitted my dog for a harness, gave recommendations on dealing with rashes and allergies. Can’t say enough good things.

This pet store is nested in a strip mall in Orleans. I didn't have correct information about the item to buy for my daughter's dog. Staff was friendly and patient until I could find the picture of the item on my phone.

Family owned business with very fair pricing. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us great advice for our puppy that was being a fussy eater. And most recently they helped select a harness for our second puppy.

This is my go to shop for pet food. Found the perfect match for the Poms (Amicus) and the cat (go!). They also have great local products and support the community. Staff are great and they always have what I need.
