I've wanted to try Ghanaian food so I figured I would give it a try. I ordered the peanut soup with fufu. The peanut soup didn't smell great. I was unaware that it was going to have fish in it. I have no problem with fish but this kind had a strong smell. There was another kind of meat in it which I couldn't identify. They should at least write down what kind of meat the soup contains rather than being ambiguous. The soup itself wasn't very flavorful. I would give Ghanaian food another shot but not from here.

First time trying their food. It tastes really good.Hygiene was extremely bad. So so bad that I couldn’t sit to eat in there. That needs to be worked on

Used to be good. Now when you eat her food you get sick! The place is dirty and the food is never fresh. Canadian food inspection agency need to check her. This is food people eat!

Sweet N' Low Restaurant
The food is always great and the taste is better. I tend to go for the okra soup with fufu and it’s tooo good. It’s about the only place I actually enjoy going to for my African cuisine. They’ll always make you feel at home. It’s a 10/10 for me and I am willingly writing this review.

I ordered food and when it was late in delivery they made it up to me by providing extra stuffs some I had dealt with will just ignore and make it seem as nothing, I find the customer service as good. I enjoyed their food so much.

We had the fried rice with chicken thighs to go. The rice was perfectly seasoned and fresh in taste. It was truly delightful experience for our taste buds. So good in fact it came as such a shock to find the chicken thighs had such an unpleasant contrasting effect on us. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting out far too long to be served. My girlfriend noticed it had a slightly putrid smell aswell. We were unable to eat it as a result.

Sweet N' Low Restaurant
Sweet 'N Low is my go to Ghanaian restaurant. The flavours are traditional; they cook with palm oil. We had peanut soup, spinach stew with egusie, kelle welle, banku and fufu. All delicious. And the people here are wonderful and friendly. This is the place for Ghanaian food. (no I don't work here or know the owners...I spent 2 years in Ghana as a child, and this place most closely matches the flavours I remember)
