Tree Brothers gave me a competitive price for a tree removal in the front yard and tree trimming in the back. Jerry (Jaroslaw) and crew arrived as scheduled, carried the job out competently, and cleaned up well. They even took the time to drop a load of wood chips for me to use as mulch, as a favour. I was completely satisfied with the job.Watching Jerry climb and limb a tree with a chainsaw, before his crew used a rope to direct the fall of the tree, I could tell they were experienced at this. I have some training and experience in chainsaw use, and done some tree removal in the past, but because of the risk of falling on the house, I decided to hire a professional. Jerry and crew got the job done at a good price.

Tree Brother Services provided very competitive quote for trimming of the tall trees and shrubs. Availability was very reasonable as well. Shannon did outstanding job: professional, efficient and attentive to the details. I highly recommend this company.

We contacted Tree Brothers for an estimate to remove a tree from our yard way back in early August (on or about August 8th, 2019). We were impressed with the price estimate and proposed process for tree removal but we had to wait to get our permit to get the work done. We got the permit two weeks later (Aug 26th) and called them to schedule a time. We waited. No answer. We texted them and emailed ... no answer. They finally called back and said they would send a crew on Wednesday Sept. 4th). No one showed up. We called again and emailed .. waited another week ... no reply. Then they finally called and said they would have a crew at our home the following Thursday (September 26th). We took the day off work .. waited ... and waited ... no one showed up.We then tried calling, emailing, texting (the price was so good .. we wanted to give them the work) for another 2 weeks ... no answer, no reply, no return call.Then Jerry called on or about October 10th ... bad cell phone reception he said ... call me back in a hour he said. So I tried calling him an hour later, no answer ... another hour ... no answer ... another 1/2 hour later ... no answer.Since then it has been radio silence. All calls, texts, emails to Tree Brothers all going unanswered.It’s now November 4th .. still nothing .. we ended up calling another contractor .. they responded within 15 minutes .. they now have the job.

Jerry & His crew are amazing. Came and did the job quick with no hassles and fair price. we have the team doing more work for us in Chilliwack & on the Sunshine coast. thank you

I just want to take a moment to say thanks to Jerry and his crew for the great service. You guys were very knowledgable, professional and easy to do business with. The place was left spotless and we were very happy with the quick turnaround. I would not hesitate to recommend you to my colleagues, friends or family.

By far the most frustrating group I have experienced in BC. Absolutely not to trust. We spent over $1500 to have our hedges trimmed and one tree removed. They did not finish the work and once we tried to have it completed, RADIO SILENCE!!! Frankly guys, do not even get close to these guys, a clearly, disorganized and unprofessional group. I only wish we never hired those guys. This group over promised and totally under delivered.

We did hedge cutting and trimming, professional service, put themselves in customer shoes and give advice.Nice and friendly staffs. Highly recommend!!!
